Very clean, very good location, easy to find, room is small but have everything needed. Quite satisfying, I stayed one night here, will come back again

Basic with the necessary for a night stay and yet very comfortable. Room is big enough for my luggage to be open up fully and space to walk around and sit down at the coffee table for a meal. Best is the location , Foo’s everywhere , walking distance to imperial palace and the JR train station! Shopping area is also here. The Marunouchi street is also just on the other side of the JR Tokyo station - easy to walk there. The stay is Value for money. Love the free drinks available at lobby with waiting area to rest. Self service Laundry corner also at the same level - super easy. I’d recommend this for next stay in Tokyo.

The room was tiny, and the window faced a wall so there was hardly any light. The location, however, was very convenient; it's right across the main road from the south exit of Tokyo Station, and you can walk to the Imperial Palace and various shopping malls.

Within walking distance from Tokyo station after arriving on Shinkansen.
All good except 2 minus points
1) was alloctaed a room back of the hotel, room was within 2 metres of another building, little sun light can comes into the room - another words - room with almost no sun light
2) no free coffee in the 6-10am morning unless after 11am, usually Tokyo hotels provide free coffee in the morning to hotel guest.

The room isn't big, but it's very clean, and I could open my 28-inch suitcase. Breakfast was a bit crowded, and there wasn't a huge variety.
