Baitoey and Pipe provided excellent service, super friendly and decorate the room for my son’s birthday. The traffic around the hotel is always busy.

137 Pillars exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with genuine warmth and professionalism — check-in was done in the suite itself with welcome drinks, which set the tone for the stay. The suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and felt like a private apartment rather than a hotel room. The floor-to-ceiling windows gave an amazing view of the Bangkok skyline, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Small touches like a pillow menu, complimentary mini-bar, and a butler on call made the stay feel extra special. The highlight for me was the infinity pool on the rooftop (41st floor) — it’s reserved for suite guests only and offers breathtaking views, especially at sunset. The poolside service was attentive but never intrusive. Breakfast was served at the Nimitr restaurant and had both à la carte and buffet options; the food quality was excellent. I also tried Jack Bain’s Bar one evening — a stylish spot with creative cocktails and a very cozy atmosphere. The only minor downside is the location — it’s not directly on Sukhumvit, so you need a short shuttle or taxi ride to get to the BTS. But honestly, the hotel’s quiet setting was a blessing after a busy day in Bangkok. Overall, 137 Pillars is the kind of place where you feel pampered and at home at the same time. Definitely one of the top luxury stays in Bangkok.

Big room with amazing toliet. Bed is comfortable. Love the balcony too! My 4th stay here and will be back again.
