It's been three years since I last visited Sanya, and this time, I chose the Crowne Plaza Sanya Haitang Bay Resort. The hotel is located in Haitang Bay, close to the duty-free shop. First, its iconic 'big ship' design is instantly recognizable. Second, as a family-friendly hotel, it's incredibly welcoming to children! Even the room key cards are specially designed for kids, and they can keep them as souvenirs upon check-out, which is a service many other hotels don't offer. **Facilities**: Honestly, the facilities here are the most comprehensive among all the five-star hotels I've stayed at nearby. The rooms are large and clean, with smart toilets and even a large ceiling fan. There's a sofa, a rocking chair, and booth seating, which is great for families ordering takeout. **Cleanliness**: Whether it's the hotel lobby, outdoor spaces, swimming pools, restaurants, elevators, or rooms, everything is exceptionally clean! The entire hotel is spotless and well-organized. The bedding, bathroom, shower, and vanity in the room are all neat and tidy. Even the floors are the cleanest I've ever seen in any hotel. My child loves walking barefoot, and in many seemingly clean hotels, their feet would turn black, but here, their feet stay clean, which speaks volumes about how immaculate it is! **Environment**: The hotel's environment is truly impeccable. It faces the ocean, with plenty of coconut trees, a large lawn, three outdoor pools, and a 270-degree infinity pool on the 15th floor. Standing on the balcony, looking at the blue sky, white clouds, and the vast expanse of green, my mood instantly lifted. The rooms are large and bright, making every day of our stay a joy. **Service**: The service is absolutely outstanding! Our butler, Molly Duorougrap, contacted us in advance by phone to inquire about our room preferences and helped us prepare everything. During our stay, she frequently checked if we needed anything, even arranging a bubble bath for our child. She was always responsive to our requests and provided various thoughtful reminders. We truly felt 'at home'. Although we only stayed for two days, we had a wonderful time. Every staff member at the hotel was friendly, provided excellent service, and always had a smile on their face. They were incredibly attentive! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Between Atlantis and Yanlord, I was worried Atlantis would be too crowded, so I decisively chose Yanlord… I really have to rave about this hotel! The moment I stepped into the room, I was filled with happiness. Our butler, Lily Yang, was incredibly responsive. She quickly brought us the tent, slippers, and aloe vera gel – she pretty much met every request. She even arranged for a child's pillow, which, while it reminded me of 'Mixue Ice Cream City' (a budget brand), was still very comfortable! The mini-bar even had milk, which was such a thoughtful touch. The balcony was also incredibly spacious. Most importantly, my child got their own room key card! So adorable! The sense of participation and ceremony was fantastic. Every detail was meticulously taken care of; even the beach sandals looked brand new and hygienically packaged. The room wasn't far from the elevator either, a welcome change from the Sofitel where it felt like an expedition to get anywhere! The mango sago was absolutely fantastic!

I think it's really worth it. The room is new and spacious, and the sea view is beautiful. Our butler, Doris, was always available and responsive to our every request. My baby experienced so many firsts here. Plus, the travel photos taken by the hotel are stunning. This vacation was truly worthwhile and made me so envious, hahaha! I'll definitely be back again. We stayed in the Executive Ocean View Room and had an excellent experience. Our child is quite young, and we had a long flight, so we were worried about him not eating well, sleeping comfortably, or having fun. However, the experience far exceeded our expectations. The environment was simply incredible. The first thing we said upon entering was, 'Wow! This is amazing!' The Executive Room directly faces the ocean – truly 'facing the sea, with spring blossoms blooming,' haha. Every day, I'd sit on the balcony sofa for a while, doing nothing but enjoying the sea breeze and zoning out. Pure bliss! The service was also top-notch, truly living up to its reputation as the ultimate family-friendly hotel. Before check-in, we connected with our butler on WeChat, who inquired about our needs. Throughout our stay, the butler was incredibly responsive, assisting with virtually every aspect. For example, they proactively asked if it was convenient for housekeeping, if we wanted a bubble bath prepared for our child, if the pillows were comfortable, and if we needed bags for our belongings or assistance with luggage transportation upon departure. Everything was meticulously taken care of. Before our arrival, they provided a checklist of over a dozen items essential for traveling with a child, such as children's bedding, booster seats, a child's toilet seat, a stroller, a bottle warmer, picture books, and a fill light desk lamp. This meant we could bring significantly less luggage. The hotel's minibar was complimentary, stocked daily with potato chips and various beverages. Since it was hot, we practically emptied it every day. We were given flowers upon check-in, which added a lovely touch of ceremony. Our child even received their own small room key card, which they could keep after check-out. The room also had complimentary welcome fruits and Bulgari toiletries, showing great thoughtfulness. The complimentary travel photoshoot was also a good experience. Although it was a standardized shoot, the photos turned out great, and we didn't feel pressured when selecting them; there was no aggressive upselling of packages. It was simple and stress-free. The food each day was excellent. Breakfast was very rich, and there was a dinner buffet in the evening, plus afternoon tea – most of which was free. If we had other needs, there were also various dining options within the resort. We hardly left the premises. Our child rode the mini-train, played in the pool, and dug in the sand by the sea. For a three-and-a-half-year-old, it was more than enough. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be back! Four Seasons Spring 💐

Whenever I had a question, she replied instantly and helped resolve everything. She was so attentive. After my kids played in the water, they even prepared ginger tea to warm them up, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel environment is absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast selection is very rich. The hotel is super close to the duty-free shop, just a five-minute drive. I was really satisfied with this stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Sanya.

This is my second time in Sanya. This trip, I first went to Lingshui, then came back to Sanya. I still feel Sanya is more suitable for traveling with kids; it's a great place to just relax with them. I think the Crowne Plaza Sanya is very kid-friendly, especially for children under 10. Crowne Plaza Sanya Haitang Bay offers the best and most thoughtful experience among all the hotels in Haitang Bay. The breakfast is rich and varied, and they even provide laundry detergent, which is a really nice touch. Our butler, Sammi, was beautiful and kind, offering excellent and prompt service whenever we had a problem. She even prepared desserts for the kids, which was a lovely gesture. It was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely choose Crowne Plaza Sanya Haitang Bay again.
