Crowne Plaza SANYA HAITANG BAY RESORT by IHG

Stayed for two nights with my 7-year-old, and this is by far my favorite hotel. The hygiene gets a 10/10, service 10/10, and the room facilities and details are excellent. The balcony is large and comfortable, with no hint of mustiness. There are plenty of hangers for drying clothes, and it's the first time I've encountered a hotel that provides children's hangers. When checking out, I realized I didn't have enough space for my belongings, and discovered a large, sturdy tote bag in the room – it was perfect! I was so touched; attention to detail is truly 100%. I left an item in the room, and after I left, the front desk proactively called to offer to mail it to me. Compared to other hotels, this deserves a huge thumbs up 👍. I've forgotten things at other places a few times, and contacting them never yielded results. Breakfast and the buffet dinner were also incredibly delicious. The hotel's travel photography was excellent too, and the coconut grove was very photogenic. This is my fourth time in Sanya, and I've stayed at Tianyu and MGM in Yalong Bay, and Pullman Haiju in Coconut Dream Corridor, but none of them offered an experience as good as this hotel. Their room facilities, hygiene, and service didn't compare. This place is exceptionally clean, from the rooms and restaurants to the children's play facilities – all super clean and properly disinfected. This was my first time in Haitang Bay, and I was surprised to find the sand even finer than Yalong Bay's. The hotel provides sand-digging tools both day and night, and you can catch many crabs in the evening. Haitang Bay is also quieter and more comfortable compared to Yalong Bay. I would have stayed longer if school wasn't starting soon. I'll definitely be back next time. A special shout-out to Yang Zhi Gan Lu 🥭, for incredibly gentle, attentive, and excellent service!

Staying at the Crowne Plaza Sanya R&F was an excellent experience overall, truly living up to its reputation as a family-friendly hotel! The hotel offers comprehensive facilities for families, with a fantastic pool and a wide range of children's activities. The service was gentle and attentive. Unexpected minor issues can crop up when traveling, but Mr. Shanyao (Yam) from guest services handled them with such reassuring competence. This is a very reliable choice for families traveling with children, highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay in the full sea-view suite this time 😍. I loved this room type; the balcony was spacious and the sea view was amazing. I could watch the sunrise right from the balcony 🌅. Thanks to Polly and the manager for their warm welcome and excellent care! I'll definitely be back!

The most satisfying hotel on this trip was Crowne Plaza SANYA HAITANG BAY RESORT by IHG. We upgraded from a Deluxe Seaview room to a Premium Seaview, and the room was large, clean, with an excellent view. It's just a shame that Haitang Bay itself wasn't great, which kind of wasted my amazing seaview room. 😤 The common areas were small overall, but the service was absolutely fantastic! Upon check-in, they gave my child a special kids' room key card. I think whoever invented this service is a genius and must have children themselves! 👍 This key card made my son feel a great sense of belonging and respect (he even thought he was in charge of whether we went back to the room or not). There were a ton of parent-child activities, each lasting about 20 minutes, keeping us busy all day. However, the indoor kids' club and the Qilin Wonderland weren't very big. Luckily, the staff were all very enthusiastic and engaging, and even though adults still had to supervise, the emotional value was immense. We could choose from many children's items upon check-in. The room was new and spacious, with dual balconies, and they even offered bubble baths in the evening 🛁. My child absolutely loved playing in the water in the morning and having a bath at night ❤️. The dinner buffet was delicious with plenty of seafood. Breakfast was just okay, but you could get latte art lattes and iced americanos to go! The rooftop pool had a beautiful view, but it was incredibly windy. Our butler, Yuzhu 🎋, provided excellent service and many surprises every day. We received a welcome gift upon check-in and another small gift upon check-out.

This time, I specifically came to Haitang Bay for the IHG Crowne Plaza. Staying here again, I felt like I had come home. Before check-in, a hotel staff member contacted me; they were polite and professional. After that, I was in touch with our butler, Molly. Molly, an absolute angel, proactively upgraded our room type, arranged breakfast, changed our pillows to more comfortable ones, prepared a fruit bubble bath, and much more. Later, due to our personal reasons, we needed to change rooms, and Molly helped us with that too. I apologize for any trouble I caused Molly and the other staff members, and I want to thank you all here. I am very grateful to Molly for making my trip to Sanya with my parents a truly wonderful experience. I also want to thank all the staff at IHG Crowne Plaza for their consistently warm service.

Room Type: Deluxe Sea View Room with an oversized balcony, directly facing the entire ocean (though the sea was half yellow, half blue due to the heavy rain a few days prior 😅). In the evening, you can also admire the Atlantis by night view from afar, which is great for photos. The room was very clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. Service: I must give a huge shout-out to my butler, "Banxia 🍉"! She communicated with me about my check-in needs in advance, was always available on WeChat, and responded instantly to any issues. Her attention to detail was exceptional; she proactively helped with all sorts of small matters. Gentle and reliable, she made my entire stay very reassuring. The Crowne Plaza SANYA HAITANG BAY RESORT by IHG offers a wide range of family activities, with an infinity pool and a beach perfect for kids, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway!

Before going, I did a lot of research because as a parent, I want to give my child the best experience. Many netizens recommended Crowne Plaza SANYA HAITANG BAY RESORT by IHG, saying it's the number one for families, and my experience proved it true. The facilities are excellent, with a huge playground, three swimming pools, and plenty of sand-digging tools available at the beach. Strollers are abundant, and there's a wide variety of activities from morning till night. Most importantly, the staff. There was a small hiccup during our three-day stay, but it allowed me to experience the professionalism and caliber of a large hotel's staff. Our housekeeper, Polly, was attentive and enthusiastic, answering all our questions and actually solving problems. I'd especially like to mention the lobby manager on duty the night of the 18th-19th. He was friendly and responsible when issues arose! Overall, it was a great stay. If you have children under 12, you can definitely go for it – it's a hassle-free experience with kids. We'll be back! 👌 By the way, the photos also turned out great.

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Resort Chengdu was beyond expectations. The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and an unbeatable location with direct sea views. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The service was attentive, meticulous, and incredibly prompt. They were exceptionally kid-friendly, providing a full range of children's amenities. The on-site swimming pools and kids' playground offered a variety of activities, and events like the bubble party kept the children entertained. The breakfast spread was rich and varied, and the food tasted great. We were able to fully enjoy our vacation without even leaving the hotel, perfect for relaxing and keeping the kids happy at the same time. The room's location was excellent, directly facing the ocean at the bow of the ship, offering breathtaking views. The hotel service is perfect for families with children, providing baby food daily, and the breakfast was also delicious. Our whole family loved the rooftop pool!
