We booked two rooms with this accommodation. Rooms were decently clean. One of the rooms had a damp towel (unsure if it was clean) stacked with the rest of the towels. The mattress was really hard and all of us did not sleep very well that night despite a long and tiring hike in the day. However, food at the restaurant was decently priced and was one of the best meals we had up to this point of our trip.

Good and quiet guesthouse away from the more popular one. Room was clean and spacious. Stunning view from the balcony.

Stayed at the 4 bed shared room, and the bed is sooo comfy! The pillow the duvet and the blanket was the best. Nice and spacious. The owner was super lovely and helpful, there was free hot water and tea you can sip on admiring the stunning view. You could have food there too or cold beer after you hike. I’d definitely stay there again, highly recommend 👌🏽

Well worth the price for the stunning views from our room. Probably the best accommodation we stayed in during our trip to Yunnan. There's a restaurant/cafe attached to the accommodation as well. If you fancy, the famous Halfway Guesthouse is like a 5 mins walk away. You pay an entry fee of 20RMB/pax but you can use those as credits at the bar/cafe/restaurant.

Had a great time! Started the hike at Naxi’s Guesthouse at 9:30, walked slowly and took many stops, got here at 16:00. Nice comforting food, hot water, nice host. The views are AMAZIMG. They also have a viewing platform in which I watched the sunset. Definitely recommend as a budget friendly option in the middle of the hike! Had a good fueling breakfast and continued the hike well rested.

The views from the hotel were stunning—endless mountains, and somehow they never got old. After a long day of hiking, the restaurant was exactly what we needed: generous portions, comforting food, and a warm meal that hit the spot. Nothing pretentious, just good cooking, a relaxed atmosphere, and a view that made the walk worthwhile.

Staying here was an absolute highlight. The views are stunning, and the property offers all the facilities you could possibly need. One of the best touches was having meals served directly to our private balcony—it made the experience feel truly special. Price-wise, while it’s not a bare-bones budget hotel, it is extremely reasonable for the quality and experience you get. It’s perfect if you're a mid-tier traveler looking for a comfortable, high-quality spot to recharge after a long day. While the amenities are top-notch, the host and staff are the real stars here. They are genuinely warm, flexible, and go out of their way to work with you. Highly recommended!
