Good location, near Namba main station hub... staffs are friendly. One of a few hotels in Osaka where you can use Chromecast app from your mobile device to stream on the tv.

The overall service was good and staff are friendly with the exception of an incident which prompted me to write an only average review for this hotel. Paid parking is compulsory at 1500 Yen per day for the rental car. However the metal pole preventing illegal parking was not put down and ultimately damaged the rental car I was driving. To make things worse, staff told me they are not liable for the mistake when on the first day they had actually put both barriers down. Think they did the same when I return to the hotel to park again, I successfully parked my vehicle in without noticing that the barrier on the passenger side was not down and resulting in a bad scratch when I drove the car out.

Conveniently located at a short walk from Namba station. Under ten minutes walk to attractions such as dontonbori, shinshaibaishi and kuromon market. Family friendly, especially for those with young children.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the hotel itself was top notch. I'll definitely be staying there again when I'm back in osaka.

First time trying out which the hotel is very near Namba station which is 5 min walking distance away.
The room was pretty small which is the norm in Japan and opening a luggage is an issue but not very critical. Other than that all is good.
It would have been better if there is convenience shop across or below the hotel. The nearest convenience shop will be Family mart located 2 min away directly another hotel.
Overall experience was alright for solo travelers but you will need to look for alternatives for big families

Hotel location is perfect right close to everwhere. The hotel also very all rounded it has everythinf we needed. Highly recommended.

Well located in Namba and very close to Shinsaibashi. It’s just right opposite of the nankai line that connects directly to airport
