Xiongcheng Hotel (Zhangjiajie Tianmenshan Cableway Station)

Highly recommend! The environment is great, and they even upgraded my room. It's very clean and quiet, and the service is excellent. I'd definitely recommend coming here, it's great value for money.

The room was very satisfying, and it's super close to Tianmen Mountain – just a 3-5 minute walk. I highly recommend it! The hotel staff were also incredibly warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel is well-equipped with amenities, including a laundry room. It's very clean, and the rooms are smart-enabled. The front desk provides two key cards, which is convenient for power access. There are plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel, making it very convenient. Ride-sharing services like Didi are also readily available. It's very close to the Tianmen Mountain B-line entrance, just a short walk to the left. The front desk service was excellent; they even gave us two free breakfasts when they saw we had a child, which was a thoughtful touch.

Excellent location, very convenient for getting around. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are warm and courteous. Had a perfect night's sleep. It's my top choice for a short trip! Super close to the Tianmen Mountain entrance!

The hotel isn't new, but it has everything you need and everything works as it should. The staff are helpful with everything. It's only a 5-minute walk to the cable car. There are shops and restaurants nearby. There's a free laundry room, though the dryer takes a while. The only disappointment was the old, useless hairdryer.

Everything's perfect now, haha 😂! I'm a teacher 👩‍🏫! Nothing can stop us from moving forward, or perhaps, not moving at all, without regrets 😞, right? None.

Not only is it great value for money, but the service and facilities are top-notch too.
