Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne

The counter staff was very professional and made a big part in making our stay comfortable. In terms of the room itself, there were some loose hair in the en-suite and very less amenities. But other than that, the location was perfect for us to reach all of the major spots throughout CBD and was a solid stay.

Trip.com made a terrible mistake by describing our room incorrectly at booking, but the hotel staff at check jumped through a million hoops and corrected the mistake. Housekeeping was amazing and the location was perfect for a visit to Melbourne.

Great hotel for groups and families! The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the hotel had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We stayed as a group and had a really enjoyable experience. Definitely a great choice for families or friends traveling together. Would happily stay here again!

We stayed in 2 bedrooms type. It suited well for family with 2 adults and 2 children. The living area is spacious and the room is well-equipped with kitchenette and washing machine.

The service crew was fantastic. But cleanliness can be improved. Location was also great.

Stay here for 6 night, 1st day find out hood and oven is not working, after checking by staff they decided to let us to move to another room wherever we are ready. Overall good experience.
