The market is very clean and colorful, making for a delightful experience. 2. The hotel entrance is a designated meeting point for Ctrip's day tours, making it super easy to join excursions like the Great Ocean Road tour. 3. The pillows in the room are quite uncomfortable. If you need daily cleaning, you have to request it at the front desk. Cleaning primarily involves emptying trash bins and changing bath towels, with no other services provided. The window is sealed, and indoor ventilation relies solely on the air conditioning. The mattress isn't fixed and can shift slightly."

"A budget hotel by Melbourne standards. Good location in the city center, within walking distance of all the main attractions. It's a 20-25 minute walk to the train station. That's where the positives end (the hotel is tired, and the room has a strange musty smell). The public areas are downright dirty, and cleaning is very poor. They don't clean the room at all, and they don't even take out the trash. But apparently, this is par for the course in Australia, judging by the filth on the streets)."
