The room is decent good linen , water pressure on L1 is weak , No soap , No shampoo, none,
No Toilet brush you cant clean have to wait till the cleaner comes to clean your room they do it for you

Excellent self-contained accomodation, each floor has a separate laundry, kitchen & wifi.
Located near bus stop/tram and train station for public transport with supermarket and bottle shop within walking distance.
Highly recommend to any independent travellers or work travellers.

It was clean and nice room to stay by myself. But there were 2 emergency alarms mistakenly in the midnight… it continued more than 10 minutes very scared and noisy. I thought there were some mugs or glasses in the room but I couldn’t find . Anyway it was very nice location and I enjoyed the time there! Thank you .

Tiny room, toilet in the shower, loud super heavy room doors. Loud hectic music in the lounge.
There were two fire alarms during my stay, one in the afternoon and one at night. People were confused. I had to ask someone from the staff what was going on and whether it would be safe to go back to the room, the hotel staff didn’t actively communicate with its guests about it.
The front door of the hotel was locked at all times from the outside.
Overall, a strange vibe. I was glad to leave.

Great value for money, not far from the station, and has some great activities!
The counter staff can help solve problems immediately and answer questions enthusiastically and patiently.

After reading the reviews from previous guests, there have been improvements. Especially the deposit, which was AU$250 when I stayed. I paid it in cash when I checked in and it was refunded when I checked out.
