I felt warmly welcomed, and they upgraded my room to offer a better view. The hotel has nice rooms and excellent facilities; everything feels just right. I didn't have to worry about anything unexpected at a Hyatt hotel.

Excellent stay — highly recommended
Great location, just a short walk to city attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and the environment was modern and relaxing. Staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely will come back again!

The hotel was very clean and tidy. Room service was available upon request until 9pm daily. The room was provided with a Nespresso machine so I could have a quality coffee every morning. The location of the hotel was in the heart of the city where everything was accessible from restaurants, pubs/bar, ****** and attractions all within 15-30 minutes walking distance.

Very closer to the free tram zone station in just few minutes walk. Room is clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Just the parking is a bit far and scary especially walking back to the hotel in late at night.

Going to be honest one of the worse hotels I have encountered. Whole place from hallway to the room feels like a prison. Bad design there is no door to the toilet, it is open to the whole room, all it take is one person to flush and the whole bed filled with invisible germs. Also when u turn Ling’s on it will disturb everyone.
The shower and toilet made of bricks and feels like a public toilet. Really bad design with some silly transparent doors.
Wouldn’t recommend.

The location of the hotel is close to CBD and a tram station is close by, within 5 minutes walking distance. And it’s a free Inner city tram service in Melbourne CBD

Office staffs are very nice and helpful. Location is excellent, that is within free tram zone. The supermarket nearby is good. There is cheap items occasionally. The view of apartment is also great, especially the sunset and night view.
