The location is quite convenient—it's relatively close to Asakusa Station. You can basically reach the station just by walking through Senso-ji Temple, and you can even see the Tokyo Skytree along the way.
The property consists of two buildings and has a front desk, with smooth communication in Chinese. Unlike some vacation rentals where you have to do self-check-in with a lockbox, having a front desk here was a big plus since it allows you to store your luggage.
I stayed in the room shown in the 2nd and 3rd photos. The host owns two buildings, and we were in the rear one, which was nice and quiet. The room is Japanese-style, clean, and well-maintained. Our room was on the 3rd floor, and there is a shared kitchen on the 2nd floor, though we didn't do any cooking.
Plenty of beds:
Our room can accommodate up to 6 people and has 4 beds in total. Two of them are larger beds that can sleep two people (either an adult with a child, or two kids sharing).
The host generously provided 6 bath towels. A couple of suggestions:
1. The clean towels were currently just stacked in the bathroom; having a rack or shelf for them would be much better.
2. It would also be great to have a laundry basket or designated spot for used towels. We ended up just tossing them in the sink area, which looked a bit messy.
