Atour Hotel at Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Entrance

The room was super clean, and we got a free upgrade to a better room type. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Plus, they offer laundry service where they deliver it right to your room, which was incredibly convenient! This is definitely the best choice for a trip to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.

This Atour Hotel is by far the most scenic and offers the best service I've ever experienced! My room had breathtaking views of Zhangjiajie's peaks right outside. The hotel concierges are incredibly kind; they'll proactively reach out to you, help book tickets for local attractions, and even plan your itinerary – their service is absolutely superb. The hotel staff are also very friendly and always greet you with a smile!

Service: Very attentive, they anticipated our needs, and the laundry room had staff available day and night. Environment: Offers mountain views of the forest park. Cleanliness: Clean and elegant. Facilities: Features robot service and smart devices. Breakfast was also varied and plentiful.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. After checking in, a staff member even helped me plan my itinerary for the next few days, offering advice on which attractions to visit and in what order. Atour's room service and self-service laundry facilities are also excellent. When I went to do my laundry in the evening, there was a staff member in the laundry room who assisted me and even offered to deliver my washed and dried clothes directly to my room. I highly recommend choosing this Atour hotel when visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days while visiting Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan, and I'm very satisfied with my choice. It's very close to the East Gate (Wulingyuan Entrance) of the National Forest Park. The room was spacious and clean, and the front desk service was excellent. They also offer a butler service that you can contact anytime for assistance. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Wulingyuan!

Environment: Stayed for two nights, and I must say, this is the quietest Atour I've ever been to. Facilities: Although the lobby on the first floor is small, the lounge area is quite good. They offer free lemon water and even coffee to go. They really provide value to their customers. Service: Whether it was the front desk or the breakfast area, the staff were all enthusiastic and patient. Thumbs up! 👍

Highly recommend the Atour Hotel at Zhangjiajie's Archway Gate. The hotel is cozy and clean, and the staff are gentle and attentive. Our room was quiet, so much so that we could sleep with the window open at night without any disturbance. The view of the green mountains directly from our room was fantastic. The next day, I accidentally hurt my knee at Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, and the staff thoughtfully brought me some ice.

After looking at various options from big-name five-star hotels to guesthouses, I ultimately chose this Atour, and once again, I wasn't disappointed. It maintains the usual Atour standard. The location is very convenient, surrounded by restaurants and foot massage places, and it's just a few minutes' drive from Dongmen, which is super handy. This Atour also offers professional butler service. The butler was very thoughtful; after adding them on WeChat, they helped me book tickets for the Forest Park and patiently explained the routes and itinerary. They also checked in with me and confirmed information throughout, providing very personalized service.

The hotel is quite new, but the breakfast is pretty standard for an Atour, so I didn't really notice any extra benefits from it being a V3.6. It's about a 20-minute walk to the East Gate scenic area. The front desk offers discounts for shows and attractions, so it's worth asking about those in advance.
