Atour Hotel at Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Entrance

Great service and a wonderful experience. They even gave us an extra breakfast for free. We asked for a room upgrade, but because of the room orientation, we requested another change. The hotel resolved it immediately. Thank you so much!

The room was excellent, clean and tidy, and the breakfast was quite rich. All the staff were patient and provided great service, which was very heartwarming. When checking out, especially the young man at the front desk in the lobby, he was handsome and had an excellent service attitude. Next time I go to Zhangjiajie, I'll definitely stay at this Atour again.

Facilities: The hotel is relatively new. The suite is less than 40 square meters, divided by a wall in the middle. It has everything you need, the only downside being the lack of small hand towels. Hygiene: Stayed for two nights, and the room was cleaned very well. Environment: It's very close to Wulingyuan East Gate, about a 20-minute walk. Surprisingly, I couldn't get a taxi in the morning, probably because there were too many tourists calling for one. The room faces a side road, not the main road, so my sleep wasn't disturbed at night. Service: During peak hours, there were 3 staff members at the front desk, which was generally sufficient. Registering as a member on-site came with a small gift, which, as parents with a child, we couldn't resist, so we joined. Food delivery can be brought to the room by a robot. There's free drinking water replenishment available by the elevator.

Staying for two nights, the quality at Atour was consistently excellent. The bedding was comfortable, and the late-night congee was a nice touch. After a day of hiking, I slept incredibly well. The lobby also offered souvenir stamps for local attractions. Parking was convenient, and the hotel staff were warm and attentive. When I had an issue with parking, the staff actively helped coordinate and resolve it, which was particularly heartwarming.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Atour Hotel at Zhangjiajie National Forest Park's Wulingyuan Entrance was an excellent choice for my trip to Zhangjiajie! The location was perfect, very close to the park's Wulingyuan entrance, just a few minutes by taxi. It was super convenient for getting to the scenic area early in the morning, and there were plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The hotel facilities are new, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a great rest after a day of hiking and exploring. The front desk staff were very attentive, proactively offering travel tips and park guides. They even provide complimentary late-night congee. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including local specialties. The laundry and drying facilities were fully equipped, which was a huge plus for cleaning and drying dirty clothes after hiking – so friendly for travelers. Overall, the service was meticulous and thoughtful, making my trip and sightseeing very hassle-free. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Zhangjiajie!

The room was very clean and spacious, and the front desk staff, both young men and women, provided excellent service with constant smiles and great enthusiasm! The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. The room was very quiet at night, making for a superb stay. When I checked out, the front desk even gave me a complimentary bracelet as a gift. I will definitely choose Atour again for my next stay!
