Atour Hotel at Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Entrance

The room was very clean and spacious, and the front desk staff, both young men and women, provided excellent service with constant smiles and great enthusiasm! The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. The room was very quiet at night, making for a superb stay. When I checked out, the front desk even gave me a complimentary bracelet as a gift. I will definitely choose Atour again for my next stay!

Excellent, Atour is getting better and better. The ladies pay great attention to detail. It's very convenient to get to the Grand Canyon and Forest Park, and there are plenty of food options along the road. Zhangjiajie is definitely worth a second visit, I'll be back!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Before check-in, they proactively provided travel tips and reminded me about attractions that required reservations, which was a huge help. They explained that visitors without a booked time slot couldn't enter directly and would have to wait at the manual ticket check for possible entry. At check-in, they meticulously went over the tour map, routes, and estimated durations. I'm very grateful for their assistance! Other staff members were also very welcoming and always greeted me. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was good.

After a long journey, I relaxed quickly and slept soundly, waking up with no neck pain at all. The service was warm and attentive, and the facilities were complete. It's a very convenient location for sightseeing. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommend!

The service is non-existent, the front desk staff are unfriendly, and the rooms are not soundproof. Fantastic, this is the worst Atour I've ever stayed at. After two exhausting days of hiking in Zhangjiajie, I couldn't sleep due to all the noise. I could hear normal conversations in the hallway clearly from my room, not to mention the constant slamming of doors from other rooms. When we checked in, the front desk staff was busy entertaining a child with the previous guest, picking out a welcome gift, while we were left standing there. There was only one staff member. After a while, a second person came, only to make us move from the left counter to the right counter. And throughout the whole process, no one mentioned the welcome gift. We didn't care much, so we didn't ask. The attitude during check-in was so bad, it felt like I owed them money! When I checked out, I even reflected if I actually owed the front desk staff money?? (This is in stark contrast to other Atour hotels, like the one in Changsha or the one in Zhangjiajie city center). No smiles, no complimentary water. This is beyond ridiculous!

The room was very clean and had no strange odors. The butler contacted us in advance and could even help us book tickets, which was great. The laundry service was very convenient. We encountered a small issue, but the front desk was very proactive in helping us resolve it. Overall, the service was excellent.

The hotel facilities are very new, with free laundry service and a small parking lot, and the breakfast is decent. After checking out, I realized I had left some personal belongings behind. I contacted the hotel, and they were very helpful in assisting me and arranging to have them sent back. The service was excellent. Zhangjiajie's scenery is truly unique; I highly recommend everyone to see it for themselves.

My room was tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I appreciated the choice of two pillow heights, which helped me sleep really well. The hotel is just a few minutes' taxi ride from the entrance of the Forest Park, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Zhangjiajie.
