I've stayed here several times and overall the experience is very satisfying. I got a free upgrade to a high-floor room with a beautiful view, which I loved. I especially want to thank Cecelia and Carrie for their warm and responsive service during my stay—they were so thoughtful and helpful. The hotel is located right by Jinji Lake with fantastic views. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the drinks were top-notch 👍🏻

Great for a relaxing getaway! Highly recommended location 👍. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, kindly upgraded our room, and gave us complimentary drinks 🥤. The in-room facilities are high-end: a Toto fully automatic smart toilet and a Dyson hair dryer—amenities rarely found in domestic five-star hotels. You can see the Gate of the Orient right from the bed. The basement floor provides direct access to the lakeside walking path, offering beautiful scenery and great convenience. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious, and the Abalone Prince Chinese Restaurant was also excellent. It met all our vacation needs 👍.

I’ve always wanted to visit the Crowne Plaza Suzhou, and it certainly lived up to the hype. Its unique cruise ship design is highly recognizable, and with picturesque views at every turn, the ambiance is incredible. The room was exceptionally well-maintained with thoughtful details and fantastic natural light. Cecelia provided warm and attentive service—never overly intrusive, yet prompt whenever we needed anything. The breakfast offered a rich variety with fresh ingredients. Sitting in the lobby lounge, looking out over the lake during my downtime, was so therapeutic. Perfect for both a quick weekend getaway or a deeper exploration, this hotel delivers top-notch quality. It’s a rare gem in Suzhou that combines both stunning aesthetics and substance, well worth a special trip to stay here.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations—a 5-star experience! The hotel is ideally located with extremely convenient transportation, and dining, shopping, and entertainment options are all within easy reach. As soon as you step into the lobby, you can feel the warm and cozy ambiance. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and handled the check-in process efficiently and professionally. The biggest pleasant surprise was the breakfast, which offered a great variety of both Chinese and Western options that tasted amazing. A fantastic choice for anyone visiting Suzhou!

I chose this hotel primarily for its fantastic location. Getting around is extremely easy as it's close to the main road, making both public transportation and hailing a taxi very convenient. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants and shopping districts, offering plenty of dining options at night, and the tourist attractions are not far away. The hotel itself is of good quality; the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is great—despite facing the street, it remains quiet inside. The front desk staff are efficient and welcoming, and the breakfast service is consistent. It saves you the hassle of rushing around and provides a great overall experience. Highly recommended for travelers who value convenience.

This is our fourth time staying here. The hotel lobby is grand and impressive, and the staff are all warm and attentive. The breakfast offers a great variety of rich options, and the dinner is equally diverse. The room was kept spotlessly clean. The suite we stayed in was very spacious with a stunning view of Jinji Lake. Anna and Carrie provided exceptionally warm service, which we were very happy with. Knowing it was our birthday, they even specially decorated the room and prepared a birthday cake for us, making it a truly satisfying holiday.

I came to Suzhou for a trip with my sister and chose this hotel by Jinji Lake. It was simply amazing! We stayed for two nights, and the service was attentive. The hotel is upscale and grand, the rooms are comfortable, and you can see the Jinji Lake pedestrian boardwalk right from the restaurant—the scenery is just breathtaking. I took so many photos and will definitely stay here again next time.

Traveling to Jinji Lake during the Mid-Autumn Festival, we stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, a cruise ship-themed hotel by the lake. Opening the window revealed the lake, and we enjoyed the moon by the lakeside on Mid-Autumn night. Moonlight spread across the water, with city lights reflecting the moonlight – a truly delightful Mid-Autumn getaway. In the morning, we took a stroll along the lake, the morning light touching the water, so refreshing and healing. The spiral staircase was perfect for photos, totally enhancing the vacation vibe.
