The room's location is fantastic, right by Jinji Lake, and the hotel itself is designed like a ship. The room even has a cabin-like feel, which my kids absolutely loved. There were anchors and nautical charts throughout the room. Breakfast was incredibly varied and delicious, and we didn't have to queue before 8:50 AM. You can also enjoy beautiful lake views and plenty of sunshine from the room.

Just checked out of the hotel and wanted to share my genuine experience. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access whether you're driving or using public transport. The surrounding amenities are also excellent. The hotel itself has a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, with a sophisticated yet understated vibe. The public areas are regularly cleaned and well-maintained, quiet and never crowded, creating a perfect vacation feel. No need to worry about hygiene either; the entire place is thoroughly cleaned and free of any strange odors. The staff are attentive and professional, communicating smoothly and gently, and handling requests efficiently. You can truly feel their sincerity. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay. This five-star hotel offers an all-around excellent experience, meeting high standards in location, environment, cleanliness, and service. It's perfectly situated on the western shore of Jinji Lake, within walking distance of major landmarks, and boasts excellent transportation links. The cruise-ship-inspired architecture is truly unique, with indoor and outdoor spaces blending seamlessly. Public areas are regularly disinfected and cleaned. Room cleaning is meticulous, bed linen is changed daily, and the bathrooms are spotless with no water stains. All staff are professional and attentive, and the check-in/check-out process is smooth and simple. Scallop watermelon.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right on Jinji Lake, and the lobby staff were all very welcoming. The breakfast spread was impressive. However, the room felt a bit dated with poor ventilation and a strong sewage smell from the bathroom. Upon closer inspection, there were also quite a few neglected areas in terms of cleanliness. The bedding didn't quite live up to five-star standards; the mattress was uncomfortable, and the duvet was stiff and felt damp. The kids' club had very limited activities, suitable only for toddlers. The swimming pool was on the smaller side, but the gym was decent. For a similar price, there are better options available around Jinji Lake.

Found a gem of a hotel in Suzhou for my business trip - the Crowne Plaza. Excellent location, making my commute a breeze. The entire place was spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. Check-in and invoicing at the front desk were smooth, and the staff were professional and courteous, creating a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. They even have a kids' play area and a pool, which is fantastic. It's an excellent choice for both families and business travelers. The room had no strange odors upon entering, and the floor corners were dust-free. The floor-to-ceiling windows were spotless and clear. The bathroom was clean with a dry-wet separation, and there was no standing water or limescale on the vanity or in the shower area. The hotel's overall environment is serene, with stunning lake views from the lobby. There's a walkway connecting to the hotel, offering a beautiful stroll around the lake, and it's less than a ten-minute walk to the base of the Gate of the Orient. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, featuring authentic Suzhou noodles, and there were many coffee machines, so it never felt crowded. The room service was prompt, and the staff were polite, proactively asking about my stay. Their attention to detail was evident, making my stay comfortable and pleasant. And the dolphin ice cream was a delightful touch! Five-star rating across the board!

Enjoy lake views, a relaxing bath, delicious food, swimming, and fitness – it's a one-stop shop for unwinding. The hotel is a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with an elegant atmosphere and a relaxed pace. The breakfast is abundant, and the afternoon tea is exquisite; you could easily spend a whole day here and not get bored, truly curing the fatigue of a busy worker. (They even have starfish-shaped cones!) The hotel rooms are well-equipped and well-maintained, and the staff are warm and attentive. Five stars, absolutely!

For this trip, I chose the Cruise Hotel in Suzhou. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the service was warm, thoughtful, and meticulous. The breakfast had a rich variety, and in the evenings, there was a piano performance in the hotel lobby, which was excellent.
