The hospitality of the hotel is on top notch! I was greeted by receptionist and got free voucher for my kids. The pool and playground are very big and clean. The foods served by h20 bar were very delicious. Thank you so much and we will repeat in the future

Disappointing experience despite great service at front desk.
While the hotel itself looks good and the location is convenient, several things really let our stay down. First, a shoutout to Royce at the front desk — his service was excellent and he made check-in smooth and welcoming.
However, that’s where the positives ended. The shower temperature regulator didn’t work properly — it was either scalding hot or freezing cold, making it almost impossible to enjoy a proper shower. The pillows were far too soft, and both of us woke up with neck pain every day. We requested firmer alternatives, but they never arrived.
To top it off, we were charged $3 per piece of cutlery, and ended up paying $6 for two plastic plates just because we wanted to eat in our room. For a hotel of this level, this felt like a cheap and petty move — something I’ve never experienced at any other 4-star+ hotel.
It’s a shame because I would have considered rebooking based on the location and initial impression, but these oversights and questionable charges have made me reluctant to return.

This hotel is amazing! The facilities (Pools, bar) are great. They also have an overflow breakfast option so we didn’t have to wait long which was great. Overall amazing stay! Plus it’s within walking distance to the Twin towers!

Our stay at the hotel started off wonderfully. The check-in process was smooth, and the service was superb. While my husband checked in, a staff member surprised us with toys and stickers for our three kids and shared information about the amenities.
Our room offered a lovely view of the KL Tower. They could transform the sofa bed into regular bed.
Since we visited during Ramadan, we enjoyed sahur at Four Points Sheraton, which had a great menu.
However, we faced two significant issues. First, there was disruptive “rempit” (illegal motor racing) noise late at night, making it difficult to sleep. I finally understood why the hotel provided earplugs, as the noise only quieted down around 5 AM. It's concerning that the hotel hasn't addressed this issue with local authorities.
Second, I accidentally left my SK II Facial Treatment Gentle Cleanser behind. My husband called to check if it was found, but we never received any follow-up, which left me upset.
While we appreciated many aspects of our stay, these incidents make us unsure about returning in the future.

Location : Great, within Walking distance to KLCC
Staff: Extremely friendly and helpful
Room: big and clean and comfortable
Toilet: clean and tidy, hot water doesn’t run out regardless of how much you use it
Only bad thing is their policy for the room deposit, I stayed there for 4 nights and they took 800 myr from me (200 per night) I’ve stayed at far more famous/expensive hotels and never encountered this, my booking was fully prepaid but still they decided to take such a huge amount of deposit from me, and then, when I checked out I was told that I will receive my deposit back with 3 to 4 days, it’s been over a week right now and I still haven’t received it, and when I called the hotel regarding this issue, they told me that the bank is slow in processing the refund
Regardless of who’s responsible for the refund and the delay in the refund, it’s unacceptable for me as the customer to be kept waiting without being informed properly prior to it
For this reason I will never stay at this hotel anymore
