CityHouse - El Pino Realm at Metro Ben Thanh Market

This is a good hotel and it's newer room should put this one as a 4 star instead of three. Especially given the misleading star level hotels I have stayed for the past couple days this one stands out more. The room is more modern decorated bright with new fresh tiles in the bathroom. Only draw back is a bit noisy poor sound proof, a bit of walk to local eatery around 8 mins. But overall I do appreciate the newer look that makes you feel comfortable.

Great location and very friendly staff. Thank you for making our stay pleasant. However, guests who are particular about cleanliness should be aware that the condition may vary from room to room. One of our rooms had ants, and another had a cockroach in the bathroom. I hope the hotel can improve its housekeeping and pest control, as everything else was quite good.

location is amazing, just a few mins away from ben thanh market and walkable distance to takashimaya too. double bed is made up of 2 single bed tho.

I arrived at around 9:30pm, check-in took a while as there was no receptionist on duty, only 1 security guy. Unfortunately, he didn't speak english so the process was a bit frustrating. After communication, they agreed to change rooms for me which I very much appreciated. I stayed here for 3 nights. There is a small gym and laundry service is free daily. Staff were friendly, polite and always smiled when I walked past. The room I stayed in was very clean and had a huge projector. Very nice view from the room too.

Room is spacious & clean. 👍🏻 Staff are helpful & friendly too! There’s also complimentary laundry service, which is super convenient. *I don’t have photos of my hotel room, but I managed to snap a few photos of the hotel’s lobby. So pretty! 🤩
