Cross Hotel Sapporo

Good location , close to Sapporo Station about 10 mins walk, cozy , quiet , and some convenient store nearby , with such bargain price I could come back to this hotel again . I didn’t include breakfast so I cannot comment on it .

The hotel is in a perfect position, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the main centre of the city. On the 18th floor the hotel has a little Onsen with view on the city (separated male/female). You won't be asked to pay the "spa tax" you would be asked to pay in other places like Noboribetsu. We asked a price for an additional night at the hotel, in the same room type, and they were asking almost double the price you can find on the same day for the same room on Trip.

Really good location, 2 blocks from the station, the tower ( which we looked at out of our window) and the old clock tower. The automated check in ATMs feel very impersonal. The onset is decent.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great value for money and spacious rooms! While it might not be in the absolute most central location, we really enjoyed our stay here. It is very easy to find, just a quick walk past 2 junctions after exiting the JR Station. The room was much more spacious than typical Japanese hotels, which was a wonderful surprise. Everything was exceptionally clean and the overall experience was fantastic. It offers excellent value for money (性价比高). We had a very happy and comfortable stay here!

Nice modern, clean, comfortable room. Just a little far from main shopping area but near clock tower.

The hotel’s parking policy and the attitude of the parking staff fell short of the standards expected from a reputable establishment. Guests should be provided with clear directions, courteous assistance, and reliable reservation handling when dealing with luggage and parking arrangements.

Excellent experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spotless, the facilities were excellent, and the staff provided exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. Every team member made us feel welcomed and valued. Their warmth and professionalism truly made a difference. We are grateful for the wonderful memories and look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed the daiyokujo! Nice view of the Sapporo TV Tower as well. The rooms are tiny but was clean overall.
