The hotel is located in the center of George Town, making it very convenient to visit attractions, all within walking distance (less than 1km). There are also many Chinese restaurants nearby.

The outdoor machinery starts running at 5 AM and continues until after 9 AM. I couldn't get back to sleep after 5 AM. The hotel couldn't do anything about it, so light sleepers should reconsider.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to attractions like the Blue Mansion and Mural Street. There are many restaurant options within a kilometer, so you can try different cuisines every day based on your preferences. The cleanliness was just okay; there was noticeable dust in the room corners. The service was neither good nor bad. Overall, the work efficiency in Malaysia isn't very high, so you'll have to wait a long time for things like tissues or room cleaning, but you get used to it after a few days, haha.

❌❌❌ Five-star prices for a thousand yuan a night, yet the hotel discriminates against Chinese guests, has terrible service, and is surrounded by construction outside the rooms! 1. ❌ After checking in, I opened the curtains to a 100% construction site view! It's all show and no substance. The front desk staff kept passing the buck to the manager when I tried to communicate my needs from 6 PM the day before. The next day, I waited in the lobby for half an hour, and the manager never showed up or addressed my request to change rooms! This hotel is outwardly polite but completely ignores guests' needs behind the scenes! 2. ❌ I stayed for two nights, and on the second day, no one cleaned or tidied the room at all! So why am I paying for two nights? 3. Trip.com's customer service was good and helped with communication. 💣💣💣 But please, everyone, avoid this hotel! The one next door is much better and only costs three hundred a night.

The hotel exterior and lobby are nicely decorated, but the room's interior design and facilities are subpar. The light switches, in particular, are poorly placed and confusing. The 'do not disturb' switch is easily pressed by mistake; we accidentally hit it, and housekeeping didn't clean our room for two days. The hairdryer is old and ineffective. There's also a spotlight in the room that flickers at night. Breakfast was decent, but they don't even provide bottled mineral water in the room; you have to go to the hallway to fill up a kettle with purified water. For 3100 for two nights, it's definitely not worth the price. The overall experience was quite disappointing.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with complimentary drinks and snacks. The location was convenient, and the balcony in our reserved room was also very large. Overall, it was great.

This hotel is centrally located in George Town, named after the city's famous architecture. Many tourists stop by to take photos at its entrance. It's not far from major attractions and must-try eateries. The facilities are new, hygiene is excellent, and the rooms are spacious. The pool design is unique. The staff are enthusiastic, and the hotel also does a great job showcasing and introducing the city's history and Peranakan culture. Highly recommended!
