Toyoko Inn Tokyo Shinjuku Kabukicho

The room wasn't small, but the surroundings were too noisy. It's also not very convenient, about a 10-15 minute walk to the subway. I wouldn't recommend it. Breakfast seems to be included with all room types, and it was so crowded every morning that it really disturbed my sleep 💤

Great location, super convenient for getting around. It's right in the heart of Shinjuku's Kabukicho area. This is my second time staying at this hotel. The only downside is that breakfast gets really crowded and there aren't enough seats, so you need to go early. Everything else was good.

Whenever I travel to Japan, Toyoko Inn is always my top choice. Firstly, the location is great, usually not far from the train station. Secondly, the rooms and service are consistently good, so you don't have to worry about unpleasant surprises. Thirdly, the breakfast is plentiful, offering excellent value for money. This particular hotel in Shinjuku's Kabukicho was equally satisfying. Seeing how busy it was with guests constantly checking in and out, confirming its high occupancy rate, just showed I made the right choice. Now, I do have one complaint. I support environmental protection and accept the no-housekeeping policy for consecutive stays. However, I stayed for four nights, and my room wasn't cleaned for the first three days. On the fourth day, when I was about to check out, they came to clean it. Isn't that an unreasonable arrangement? Couldn't they have cleaned it every two days instead?
