There have been instances of confusion regarding room assignments, with previously booked accommodations being inexplicably changed. Furthermore, there have been instances where individuals opened guests’ closets without their permission. As for what was done once the closets were opened, you can imagine that for yourself.

The hostel is wonderful. Everything went at the highest level, i was greeted, told where i could exchange money, buy groceries for the night. I wanted to stop for one day, but in the end I stopped for two. The room is clean, the bathroom and toilet are also clean. At the entrance, I was given a towel and slippers (new, packed). Breakfast is not included in the price, but in the morning I saw bananas for 5,000 dong, there is a cafe nearby where you can have a snack for 40-50, 000 dong and drink delicious coffee for 30,000 -40,000. Все прошло по высшему уровню, встретили, рассказали где можно обменять деньги, купить продуктов ночью. Хотела остаться на один день, но осталась в итоге на два. В номере чисто, в ванной и туалете — тоже. Дали полотенце и тапочки(новые, упакованные) при въезде. Завтрак не включен, но утром видела бананы за 5.000 донгов, рядом есть кафешки, в которых можно поесть за 40-50.000 донгов и попить вкусный кофе за 30.000-40.000. Желаю хостелу дальнейшего процветания! Всех благ.

Always a pleasant stay with everything is reachable by walking distance and staff are friendly.

Overall, I was very satisfied with everything about this hostel. However, I think extra caution is needed when it comes to some Chinese guests. They seem to have little understanding of basic etiquette - they talked very loudly in the room, made phone calls on speaker, and even left a smell that seemed to come from vaping inside. Their behavior disturbed everyone in the room, yet they didn't seem to realize it at all.

Relatively clean. Mostly quiet. Close to many places to eat, convenience stores and small supermarkets. Friendly staff.
