The cocktail hour in the executive lounge was very good. From a few days before arrival communications by Mr. Edgar Tran, Ms Ngân and other guest service agent were very prompt, responsive, informative and their responses demonstrated there eagerness in helping customer. I want to especially thank you Mr. Edgar Tran for his caring, enthusiasm, promptness, pride and diligence in his duties are beyond his duties by Hyatt employee I have encountered. Because of him and the entire staff at Hyatt Regency West Hanoi that made my stay an extremely enjoyable and memorable one. Please share this feedback with Mr. Edgar Tran and entire staff.

Had a great time here with my family, our first trip to Hanoi. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet war a big plus as part of our stay, excellent quality and food. Employees were very hospitable and professional. One stood out was Dung Le( I think that's his full name). His level of attentiveness and attention to detail was way above and beyond expectations since we have young kids that need extra help with luggage. He gave great suggestions to local palces to visit as well, seems to have great knowledge and experience in the industry. A small negative for the kids was a cold swimming pool though they swam in it anyway. Overall a great first hotel experience that sets the tone for our entire trip in HN.

The hotel is worth the trip! Even if it is a little away from the old Hanoi, I would recommend it thousand times. The staff is simply exceptional. All the small care, with a smile and a very good welcome. Extraordinary is not strong enough to describe it. We really feel like at home. And yes, the hotel is a little away from tourist sites, but not panic! The hotel is a very comfortable ship that has allowed us to visit the city without worrying. Between the perfect service, the warm welcome and the practical comforts such as the shuttle, it is a safe choice for an unforgettable stay.

Our team stayed at this hotel in July 2020. Mr. Trung and his staff were wonderful - no request was too big for them and they supported all of us and our familes ( an touring team of 26) throughout the weekend. They organised for us extra beds and blankets, buses to our playing venue, ice and water for our tournament. During the day it had rained heavily and when we returned, the staff had platic bags ready for us for wet laundry and playing kit. It was these little touches that made us feel so welcome. As a large group we took over the restaurant at breakfast and the lobby as we were meeting - and each time the staff were gracious and supported us in our requests. Situation wise the hotel as close to our playing venue and also had access to Vinmart and other shops and malls. Some of our team requested a dy hire car for touristing and again this was arranged with a smile and efficiency. Breakfast was included in the room and consisted of fruit, pho, egg station, cereals and bread. Coffee, tea, juice and water. Rooms were clean, bathrooms very spacious including wonderful european sized baths and showers. Beds very comfortable.

This is a hotel I use every time I travel to Hanoi. Very close to Korean streets and a few days worth of price! This is the hostel. Even if breakfast is not provided, there are restaurants where you can have breakfast for about 2,000 won in Korea right in front of the Rotel, which is very convenient. Gulgu The rooms are 40 square meters, so you can use them spaciously. I'm going to tie it here on my next business trip to Hanoi. A must see!

I absolutely loved my stay in Au Viet Hotel and I can't recommend this place highly enough. The staff are all so sweet, friendly and unbelievably helpful. The hotel itself is really beautifully decorated and furnished. Everything is so clean and high quality. The bathroom was really beautiful spacious and clean with lovely toiletries (and a good size bath with enough hot water to fill it … a rarity in Vietnam so this was a real treat for me) And the bed !!! Wow !!! The bed was so comfortable. I slept better than I do at home in my own bed. If I hadn't been so busy I could have happily stayed in my room snoozing in that bed for my whole stay !!! Breakfast is served on the 9th floor and there's a good selection of foods and fruits, coffee, tea and juice and a guy cooking your eggs to order. I'm supposed to be checking out soon, but at the moment I'm still laid on my bed, soaking up the last bit of comfort and relaxation before I head back into the hustle and bustle. The local area is great too, with lots of little tea and coffee shops and local food stops. I'll definitely be back to stay here again. Thank you Au Viet 🙏🏻

There is a hotel with a little spacious room called Ping Hotel and Ping Luxury. It's a cheap hotel at first, so if you're going to go, go to luxury. It takes less than 3 minutes to walk to the street. It's a Korean area across the street, and there's a Korean restaurant, and there's a kemart. There's a shopping mall called The Garden, and it's a downtown area behind the shopping mall. The twin room is spacious and tidy than I thought. The elevator is very slow. I stayed on the seventh floor on the top floor, but when I came down, I went down the stairs. I saw spiders crawling in the bathroom, and I haven't seen them since. Breakfast is on the first floor and it was just a snack, so it was not bad to eat simply before going out to see the work. Lara Cafe coconut coffee right next to the hotel is very delicious. The lobby on the first floor is a cafe and breakfast room, so it's good to sit and work, but at dawn it's not a rat crawling and playful. I thought I was eating breakfast in that place, so I couldn't eat it from there. The hotel staff was friendly and there were Korean staff, but they were frustrated and communicated in English. ** There are often Korean tourists. It seems that they often tie it up as a group of Korean uncles to golf. If you sit on the first floor at night, Korean uncles eat one Vietnamese woman and go up to the room. I was really embarrassed to sit and work and didn't want to stay at the hotel. There are few rooms on the floor, but on the floor where I stayed, these uncles were fussing all the time, and once they went out to the hallway and screamed and fought. I don't think you should come if you don't want to see this.

Clean. There were no bugs or mold, and the bed was not as good as the best hotel, but it was quite fluffy. I got a 3-bedroom room because it was a family trip. I stayed for 1 night before going to Halong Bay, but it was clean and quiet and it was nice to stay and the breakfast was tidy.
