Four Seasons Hotel Osaka

The hotel facilities are new, advanced, and comprehensive. The in-room TV supports AirPlay, which was a huge plus for me – finally no more struggling with Chromecast like in many luxury hotels. The room even came with a power bank. You can access the guest room floors directly from the first-floor elevators by swiping your room card, which is very convenient and avoids the need for transfers common in many high-rise hotels. The hotel service was exceptional. From the Spa and Boutique Store to the restaurants, every staff member I encountered was incredibly welcoming. The staff at Sabo Lounge on the 28th floor were a particular highlight of my stay. Aina, who assisted me with check-in, left a deep impression on me; her warm service truly made me feel at home, and her smile was especially natural and infectious. Guests staying in the tatami rooms on the 28th floor have complimentary access to the Sabo Lounge, which includes Japanese breakfast, afternoon tea, Japanese cultural activities, and happy hour alcoholic beverages. Although the lounge isn't large, it's quiet, private, and has a great atmosphere. On my last night, I unexpectedly received a thank-you note and two small gifts from the Sabo Lounge – these little touches before check-out were far more memorable than any standard welcome amenity. The Japanese breakfast at the hotel lounge wasn't entirely to my taste, but the breakfast restaurant on the first floor was excellent. It offered both buffet and à la carte options, and unlike many luxury hotels that only offer various egg dishes à la carte, the selection here was much richer. The buffet also included Asian dishes like pho, so it wasn't just a standard Western breakfast. The pool area was a good size and included a hot tub. The gym was a bit small but had most essential equipment. While the location isn't as close to Umeda as the Waldorf Astoria, it's still perfectly within walking distance, about 15 minutes. Overall, Four Seasons Hotel Osaka is incredibly well-balanced in terms of hardware, convenience, dining, and service. The staff at Sabo Lounge truly created the most special and memorable aspect of my stay. For me, it is currently the best hotel in Osaka, and I will definitely choose Four Seasons Hotel Osaka again on my next visit to Osaka.

☑️ Came for my birthday and they even prepared a small dessert, which was a nice touch. ❌ The transportation isn't the most convenient; walking to the subway station is a bit of a trek, but taxis are fine. ❌ The main issue was breakfast. After ordering, it took them over ten minutes to come back and tell me an item was sold out and I needed to choose something else? Even if we overlook everything else, does it really take that long to confirm? And the taste was just so-so.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were all friendly and enthusiastic. The location is super convenient, close to the subway, and the price is reasonable. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended!

I was really torn about which hotel to book for my trip to Osaka, but after staying here for four nights, I realized choosing the Four Seasons was an excellent decision! The environment is great, the staff is friendly, and I loved everything about it. Even our charter driver said it was better than the Waldorf Astoria, haha! The service is truly excellent. I really like you guys, keep up the great work!

Honestly, it's not as good as Patina. The room layout isn't very practical; a 40+ square meter room felt like it was only 20. The most surprising thing, for a hotel of this caliber, was that the hairdryer wasn't a Dyson. I found that quite unbelievable. Overall, it felt more like an InterContinental; the service was just okay.
