The room was very clean and spacious, and the view of the Matterhorn from the room was absolutely stunning. It was a shame we couldn't book a horse-drawn carriage pick-up due to our arrival time, but I definitely want to try it if I ever get to stay here again. Breakfast was a luxurious experience I'd never had before, enjoyed elegantly while listening to live piano music.

A five-star hotel with a pianist performing at breakfast, assistance with luggage, and a tram to the station for your luggage. The complimentary homemade red tea was excellent! Truly five-star service!

It's about a 5-minute walk from the station. It's right next to a church, in the heart of the town. The service was impeccable, with a message card, complimentary drinks, wine, chocolate, and fruit. The service was so good that I actually checked if the price listed on Trip.com was correct. I booked a room with breakfast included, and I was very satisfied with the delicious food. It's nice to splurge once in a while, but I was surprised to find such a great deal for the peak season in a world-famous tourist destination.

Very bad stay experience. I brought a child to stay with me. I forgot to write the child's name when booking the room. The child was only 9 years old. I was told that I had to pay 140 francs, but the room was still my original room type. I really couldn't understand it. Besides, the child was so young. If it was charged for an adult, I could understand. It was a very unpleasant stay. A child under 12 years old lived with his mother. They told me that there was an extra person and they had to charge an extra person. And 140 francs, a child, are you kidding? It was too bad.

I checked into this hotel by coincidence. Maybe I didn't make a reservation in advance and ordered it at the last minute. Maybe because I was a poor student, the front desk receptionist was a little slow at first. But I did book a youth hostel. The train was delayed and I missed the check-in time, so I spent money to rebook here. The location is amazing. Some rooms can see the Matterhorn from the window. The facilities are great. The hotel gave me custom chocolate and red wine when I checked in. Except for alcoholic drinks, everything in the mini bar is free. The breakfast is generally good, but it does not meet the standards of this level. The French toast is like chewing wax, but considering it is in Switzerland, it is normal. There is a horse carriage pick-up service, which attracted the attention of passers-by. I tried it with caution.

The room is very nice. The location is excellent. You can see the Matterhorn mountain view, sunrise and sunset. The surrounding transportation is convenient. It is not far from the train station, about 500 meters, but it is all uphill. The hotel itself has a shuttle bus, but I didn't know it when I booked the hotel, so I had to drag my luggage for several hundred meters to the hotel after getting off the train. The breakfast was okay. The service staff was satisfactory. There was a capsule coffee machine in the room, and a few bottles of water were given. There were free soft drinks in the minibar, but alcohol was charged. However, unlike other hotels, it would not be stated what was free and what needed to be paid. I still called the front desk to find out. I think this should be improved. It is more warm to have free chocolates and red wine. Overall, it was not bad. The deduction was that the items mentioned above were not written very clearly.

The shuttle service, the reception, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the view are all top class. Prices are within acceptable range by Swiss standards. In addition to a beautiful sauna, the spa also has a cold room like a freezer, so if you're a sauna-loving Japanese, you'll be well equipped! The breakfast was also very delicious.
