Crowne Plaza DUJIANGYAN by IHG

The worst Crowne Plaza experience ever! 1. The showerhead was broken, and water sprayed everywhere. 2. They didn't inform me about parking fees during check-in. I was charged nearly 30 RMB for ten hours of parking. 3. The toothpaste quality was on par with budget hotels like Rujia and Hanting, maybe even worse. Never coming back...!

The concierge service at the front desk was excellent. They gave us hot spring tickets when we checked in, and soaking in the hot spring after hiking Mount Qingcheng was just heavenly! The room size was decent, bright, and clean. The smart toilet was a nice touch, and the windows opened wider than in other hotels, which was great for ventilation. Breakfast was plentiful; the walnut brioche at the bread station was especially delicious, especially with orange marmalade and butter. Anyway, I highly recommend staying here!

I came for the marathon, and Liu Yang at the front desk handled my check-in. She gave me complimentary breakfast for two and a late check-out. The hotel is very close to the start and finish lines, and breakfast starts as early as 5 AM, which is fantastic!

Traveling with an electric car, the biggest highlight here is the dedicated Tesla charging station, which perfectly solves the charging problem. The hotel environment is elegant, the service is attentive and thoughtful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It's an excellent choice for a trip.

The experience was exceptional! I especially want to commend their Chinese restaurant. I made a last-minute reservation and mentioned it was for a business dinner. They even prepared gift bags for us and customized the menu. The attention to detail was incredible and made my banquet very impressive. Highly recommended!

Came to Dujiangyan with friends and was greeted by a self-service tea station in the lobby – having some hot water was really comforting. The room's facilities and amenities were excellent, but what truly blew me away was the breakfast. The spread was incredibly rich and the food tasted great. Overall, a very satisfying experience!

The lady at the entrance greeted me with a warm smile, instantly making me feel at home. I was on a business trip with a lot of luggage, and YOYO kindly helped me with my bags – I'm so grateful! The hotel room's mini-bar was well-stocked with a variety of complimentary beers and beverages. There was also a welcome fruit platter with fresh and delicious lychees, bananas, and pears. I needed to print some documents, and the front desk lady immediately added me on WeChat to help with color printing. Overall, the service standards are high and truly worthy of a five-star rating.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, especially the beef noodles and oatmeal, which were superb. The bedding was very soft, and I slept incredibly soundly. Our child, a minor, was staying in a separate room, so we really needed two adjoining rooms. Amy from customer service was incredibly thoughtful; she directly upgraded us to the executive floor and arranged for our two rooms to be next to each other. It was exceptionally considerate, and we're very grateful!
