I packed up the leftover chicken intestines, and the front desk lady helped me heat them up in the microwave, and even brought me disposable chopsticks. She was so nice."

They even sent a van to pick us up. The service at the hotel was very welcoming, and the room was nice. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options—at least a hundred different kinds. A highly recommended hotel!"

Each guest room comes with its own private hot spring, creating a fantastic ambiance. The property also offers special tea and coffee, and the riverside terrace is wonderfully relaxing. With mountains and water all around, and a peaceful atmosphere, it offers an excellent vacation experience. Highly recommended!"

The landscaping within the hotel grounds is tastefully designed, with beautiful scenery at every turn. My experience this time was fantastic! Highly recommended!"

The environment is quiet, the room is clean and bright, parents with their children stayed in the Mahjong suite, and the family stayed on the entire floor. "The room was spacious and airy, and soaking in the hot spring on the balcony after my morning workout was incredibly enjoyable. They set up a concierge group chat, and the service was exceptionally thorough. We had afternoon tea, hot spring essentials, and the kids even got to make sachets. On our way back to Qingchengshan train station, the Didi the concierge called got stuck in traffic, and we might have missed our train. But the hotel directly sent a private car to take us there – a huge thumbs up! I'll definitely come back if I get the chance, try the hiking trail next door, and then relax with a bath and tea."

The room was clean and tidy, and everything was up to standard. I highly recommend it for fellow travelers."

The hotel has a kids' playground, but my little one is still a bit too young for it; we'll definitely come back when they're older. The breakfast was excellent and very varied. The service provided by the staff, especially Xiaoxiao, was prompt. Food deliveries were brought directly to our room, and they even sent us the daily weather forecast every morning."
