We stayed here recently and had mixed experiences. The location is great, close to the city centre, and the room had useful amenities like a washer, dryer, coffee machine, microwave, stove, and fridge - perfect for a long stay in KL.
However, there were some downsides. The elevators were slow and not conveniently located near the lobby/reception. The pool was green and got cleaned without notice on our second day, meaning we couldn't use it for the rest of our stay. Room cleaning was late (3-4 pm), and there was no phone in the room to contact reception. The gym was good, but also pretty basic.
Towels were limited - we were told they had no extras on the first day, and the ones we got the next day were different colours and not super soft. The breakfast was pretty basic too.
Nice views though.
Overall, it's an okay option for a long stay in KL if you prioritise location and self-catering facilities, but it doesn't quite hit the mark for luxury or 4-star comfort 🙌.
