Environment: Top-notch. The lobby is grand and impressive from the moment you step in. Atlantis Sanya is a relatively luxurious, well-equipped, and new hotel in the coastal area of Sanya. You can eat, drink, and have fun without leaving the hotel, making it perfect for families with children. The basement floor has MINISO, CHAGEE, and several Western restaurants and Southeast Asian restaurants that are all delicious. There are also shops where you can easily buy sunscreen products, so you can come empty-handed and get everything you need here in one stop. 🥳 Highlight 1: Attentive service. Upon check-in, you're assigned a dedicated 1-on-1 customer service butler who connects with you via WeChat and is available 24/7 to fulfill your requests. Special thanks to our butler [Little Sea Bunny]. All my requests, including a memory foam pillow, a humidifier, and a lovely little dolphin plush souvenir, were met and fulfilled. We also received a very generous welcome fruit platter. 🩷 Highlight 2: Rich and varied buffet breakfast. The buffet restaurant is huge. When you enter in the morning, the staff immediately help you find a seat, ask what you'd like to drink in advance, and bring coffee or black tea directly to your table. The cuisine selection is extensive, covering both Chinese and Western dishes 🤓. Highlights include Vietnamese pho, Hainanese fried noodles, and their perfectly authentic poached egg bread. The Western bread, sandwiches, and baked pastries are all freshly baked and of high quality. There's also authentic Indian curry and rice, which is very rich and goes well with rice. The special pandan pastries are wonderfully chewy and a must-have every morning. The water park downstairs is free for in-house guests with unlimited access, which is very convenient. It's also a great spot for photos, and there's even a dedicated photography service available.

The environment is great, the room is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is warm. The facilities are complete, and they actively help book shows. If you have any questions, just ask, and the hotel staff and butler will help resolve them immediately. [Xiao Cui]

This was our first time vacationing in China. When choosing a hotel, I was worried: a 9-hour flight, very early arrival, and not knowing the language... I was terrified of making the wrong choice. We arrived at the hotel at 7 AM. A nice Chinese lady greeted us at the reception. When I tried to explain through a translator that 'we're tired and would be very grateful if we could check in by 10 AM at least...' that's when Alina appeared, like magic. Her 'good morning' in my native language instantly relieved all the tension. Without needing further explanation, she understood EVERYTHING: they upgraded our room, gave us the keys immediately, and she added, 'Rest, don't worry about anything. I'll pass your room details to my colleague from Russia.' That's how I met a true guardian angel – Svetlana. As soon as we had recuperated, she gave us a tour of the hotel, told us about the perks for guests, and all the possibilities the entire complex offered. She helped us choose entertainment for the kids, considering their age and interests. She was even reachable on her days off! That speaks volumes!!! A huge THANK YOU for your hospitality and for the joy you brought to our children! The food is a separate WONDER. There's a wide selection for both breakfast and dinner. So many choices, it makes your eyes dart around. Here too, we were met by staff who spoke Russian. They helped us navigate the local cuisine. In summary: We really liked the hotel. We were able to appreciate its full GRANDEUR. And this was all thanks to the teamwork of the Russian-speaking hotel staff. The feeling of confidence, calm, and absolute security that they create with their professionalism is priceless. Atlantis, you are the best! Our stay with you was incredibly interesting! We will definitely be back!!!

The hotel facilities are complete, and there are so many activities that you can't try them all. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The water park attractions are thrilling, and the aquarium has a large number of aquatic creatures. The reminder service from the 'little octopus' butler was very attentive and timely. It was an absolutely perfect experience!

Finally made it to Atlantis Sanya for a three-night, four-day stay. My kids absolutely loved playing in the water! Atlantis Sanya is definitely the best place in Hainan for family water fun, with so many activities. You can go to the beach, swim, enjoy various attractions, shop, and admire the views from high up. The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich; one room came with breakfast for two adults and two children. Just eating breakfast felt like I burned through half my calories! Must give it a thumbs up. We'll be back again.

Our family of six adults and two children stayed at Atlantis Sanya for two nights, and the overall experience was fantastic. The hotel facilities are excellent, with the Waterpark and Aquarium keeping the kids thoroughly entertained. It's really ideal for large family trips with children. We especially want to commend our butler, Butterflyfish 🦋, for her exceptional service. She was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, responding promptly to all our requests, big or small. Her meticulousness and patience truly enhanced our trip. Both the elderly and the children felt very comfortable here. We were extremely satisfied with all aspects of our stay and will definitely be back!

The hotel boasts a wide range of entertainment facilities, including a water park, aquarium, and various shows. The rooms are spacious and comfortable: the bedding, bathroom amenities, and supplies are excellent. We received welcome fruits, drinks, and plenty of bottled water! The housekeeping staff was attentive and provided excellent service! However, the in-room TV screen was quite small, which was a bit of a letdown. Outside our room, the hallway carpets had numerous stains, indicating poor cleanliness. The buffet breakfast restaurant's tables were clean, and the food selection was decent with acceptable taste. However, the floor, especially in carpeted areas, was not very clean. This might be due to the hotel's high occupancy, suggesting that maintenance and cleaning could be improved. The staff's etiquette and service could also be enhanced. Overall, the experience didn't quite meet the standards of an international 5-star hotel.

Excellent hotel with great service. Guests have access to the aquarium and water park. The water park for kids is fantastic, with a wave pool that's shallow. There's also one for adults, but we didn't go as we were with our child. Breakfast is simply amazing, especially the beef noodle soup; I've never seen such clear broth before. The sea view from the room is stunning, we stayed on the 27th floor. This hotel is a must-visit. One day was definitely enough for us.

This is my third stay at the Yacht Club room. It includes club breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner at the 48th floor club. We didn't even need to leave the hotel for our entire three-day, two-night stay. The hotel has an aquarium, a water park, Dolphin Island, many swimming pools, C Show, and a seafood buffet hotpot (498 RMB, children under 150 cm are free on Saturdays). Every staff member at the hotel is very courteous, especially our Little Sea Lion butler, Luke. He was personally involved in everything, caring for each of us, recommending and guiding our itinerary, and promptly handling any issues that arose. He was truly on-call and provided first-class service. I definitely feel like I will stay here again and recommend it to my friends!
