🎐 **Hotel Location** The location is incredibly convenient! From JR Osaka Station, just look for the 3rd-floor connecting passage, and you can reach the hotel directly via a skywalk. It's connected to shopping malls like Lucua, Lucua 1100, and Grand Front Osaka. 🎐 **Malls Below the Hotel** There are two malls directly below the hotel: Yodobashi Camera and Links. These two buildings are interconnected from B1 to the 5th floor. The hotel lobby is on the 9th floor. You can take the escalator to the 8th floor of Links, which leads directly to the Harves supermarket on B1. 1. From the 9th-floor lobby, there are 4 elevators to the lower floors; 2 of them only go to floors 1, 2, and 8. 2. To catch the JR, go to the 2nd floor. On the 1st floor, right outside, there's a taxi stand, and across the street, you'll find a drugstore. 🎐 **Hotel Facilities and Services** 1. If you arrive at the hotel before check-in time, you can scan a QR code to register and store your luggage. After registering on your phone, take a screenshot and show it to the staff when you pick up your luggage. 2. Facilities are comprehensive, including toothbrushes, coffee, tea bags, and two microwaves, among others. 3. This time, I booked an accessible triple room (the difference is that the toilet and shower are open-plan, and there's no bathtub). It's spacious, the layout is the same as a deluxe triple room, but it's cheaper. The only downside is that the restroom was quite cold. 4. There are no disposable slippers, so I recommend bringing your own! Overall, it's really convenient! The location is excellent, making transportation and shopping easy. It's also close to the airport limousine bus stop. I'll definitely stay here again!

Service: The hotel provides complimentary luggage storage, which is a basic service, but some places in Japan don't offer it. Check-in and check-out are done via self-service machines, with a staff member on hand to assist and approve your information on a tablet after submission. It's not as convenient as a fully manual process. Location: The hotel's location is excellent. Just downstairs, you'll find Links Umeda and Yodobashi Camera, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. Lucua across the street is also great for shopping. The room also provides two complimentary bottles of water every evening, which is a sign of a higher-end hotel in Japan. Cleanliness: Dust was noticeable everywhere. If you have dust allergies, you might experience issues. Check-out at 12:00 PM is quite rare; typically, it's 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM. The room itself isn't large; the 25 sqm room has a narrow, elongated layout. Soundproofing is excellent, with almost no noise.

I had my eye on this hotel for a long time, even recommending it to friends before I'd stayed myself. However, my actual stay was a huge disappointment. First, I booked a standard room on floors 12-23. I figured the view above the 12th floor would be pretty similar, so I didn't make any special requests. Turns out, I got a room on the 12th floor that not only faced a wall but also had a row of machines that occasionally hummed. I was too busy with my daily schedule to bother changing rooms, though. Shouldn't a flawed room like this be priced differently, or at least come with a warning? Secondly, the toilet in my room flushed by itself around 3-4 AM for two nights in a row, making the same sound as if someone was sitting on it. For a light sleeper, it was truly startling. I mentioned it to the lobby staff, asking if someone could check and adjust the automatic flushing time, and they replied that every room was the same. I don't buy that. If it's true, then the hotel's setup is seriously problematic. Those who are light sleepers or easily scared should definitely think twice before booking here. On my last night, I had to close the toilet lid, shut the bathroom door tightly, and take a sleeping pill to barely make it until morning. Then I immediately checked out and moved to another hotel. Other services like breakfast were fine. The location, of course, is its biggest advantage.

This hotel is super convenient for exploring the Umeda shopping district. It's located right above Yodobashi Camera, and Hankyu, Hanshin, and Daimaru are all just a few minutes' walk away. The room was reasonably spacious; at least I could open my luggage. Plus, the bus stop for Kansai Airport is just across the street.
