We loved our stay in the hankyu Respire Hotel! First of all the local is super convenient. It’s right on top of Umeda Links, a 8 level shopping mall. It’s also right next to Osaka JR STATION. The hotel room for family is also great. Spacious and have plenty of room to open our suitcase.

Due to my itinerary, this was my second stay during this trip. The staff were extremely friendly, and their English was quite good. I'm a bit puzzled though – with self-service check-in and check-out available, why are there still so many staff members? Overall, I would still recommend this hotel to others because the location is incredibly convenient and the price is very reasonable.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I was on the 29th floor, and the view was amazing. The room wasn’t very large, but it had everything I needed. It was incredibly clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had a wonderful time in Osaka! 😊 I’ll be back!
