Before I start, I have to say that I’ve traveled to many cities in China, and this was by far the most impressive hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Before my check-in date, the hotel staff added me on WeChat and kindly asked about my journey with genuine care. They even arranged transportation to pick me up from the train station. As soon as I arrived at the entrance of Lijiang Ancient Town, I was amazed by the fresh air and the beautiful traditional Chinese atmosphere. As for the hotel itself, the service was exceptional from the very beginning. The staff helped carry my luggage, and the interior of the hotel was absolutely stunning. The room was very clean, and the rooftop had an incredible atmosphere with beautiful views. I truly felt impressed by their hospitality from the first day until the day I left. The hotel staff even came to see me off when I departed. I will definitely miss Lijiang, and I’m sure I’ll come back to stay here again in the future.

The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. The accommodation is close to tourist attractions and the view from the property is stunning. Food and drinks are available on-site, and they even help carry your luggage to your room. This place is amazing, and the price is very reasonable.

The hotel has a perfect location on the hill with a very beautiful view, near the centre of the ancient town. Nice garden. Very nice staff who helped us with every our request and also with our luggage! They even treated us with a watermelon!
