We left a bottle of medicine when we checked out and only realized it the next day after leaving Matsumoto. We weren't even sure if we had actually left it at the hotel, so we sent an email. The next day, the hotel replied saying they had found our medicine. The service was truly excellent! Moreover, the front desk staff were very friendly during check-in, and there was even staff to help guide us to parking.

It’s about a 10‑minute walk straight from the station to Dormy Hotel. Getting to Matsumoto Castle or the Art museum from the hotel is really convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants around. I had more luggage this time, and the hotel staff kindly helped me bring it up to my room. Both the breakfast and the late‑night snacks were pretty good. I highly recommend this hotel.
