Hotel Indigo BOSTON GARDEN by IHG

My wife, our 5-year-old son and I stayed at Hotel Indigo Boston Garden during our family vacation in Boston, and we had an absolutely pleasant and relaxing experience overall. This boutique hotel enjoys an outstanding prime location, right near TD Garden Arena, with easy access to subway stations, downtown attractions, shopping streets and local classic restaurants. It is very convenient for family sightseeing and daily travel, and we can easily reach major scenic spots without spending too much time on the road. We chose a spacious family guest room with comfortable bedding, which was fully enough for three of us to stay comfortably. The room was always kept spotlessly clean by housekeeping staff, with warm modern decoration and soft lighting. The sound insulation is great, effectively blocking outside street noise, so our little boy could sleep peacefully every night after a whole day of playing around. The room is equipped with complete daily facilities, stable free high-speed Wi-Fi and multiple charging sockets, which are very practical for families traveling with kids. The hotel lobby is stylish and cozy, with a quiet rest area where we could sit and unwind casually. The whole hotel atmosphere is warm and comfortable, not noisy at all. All front desk staff are friendly, polite and patient. They were very kind to our young son, always greeted us warmly and offered useful local travel suggestions, including kid-friendly attractions and nearby casual dining places, which saved us a lot of trouble in planning trips. There is no complimentary breakfast provided here, but plenty of delicious breakfast shops and casual eateries are scattered around the hotel, so we had rich choices every morning and never felt inconvenient. The surrounding neighborhood is safe and lively, suitable for family evening walks with children. In general, Hotel Indigo Boston Garden is a wonderful choice for family travel. It combines superior location, clean comfortable accommodation and thoughtful service. It is quiet for rest and convenient for going out sightseeing. We are totally satisfied with this stay and would sincerely recommend this hotel to other family travelers visiting Boston.

Strategically located near the North train station and nearby pubs. Super love this hotel - its quite small but cozy. Will definitely go back here as this is also near Little Italy.

I highly recommend this hotel! I stay at various hotels throughout the world and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Staff were attentive and respectful, room was spacious, bathroom was spacious for a city hotel, everything was clean and location was great for many sites, drivers and subway/metro. I’m originally from Boston and Hotel Indigo will be top on my list for return visits. Comfortable bed, easy air con to adjust, plenty of towels. I always clean items like the remote control, phone and light switches with sanitary/bleach wipes before using them. I didn’t notice any dirt when cleaning these items…credit to the hotel’s hard working cleaning team! Thanks to the front desk team for an easy early check in and a quick check out!

Good overall nice and spacious. Only downside is the noise during midnight

We had an issue with the AC, it didn’t work. We were communicating by text as that was their preferred menu. I asked about the AC & the response seemed to be AI & asked that I text back after I adjusted the thermostat. I texted back in the AM when the temperature hadn’t come down & they said maintenance would be there at 12:30 while we were out. Not sure if they came as the room do not cool. But the housekeeping was a pleasant surprise. We ordered room service via text per directions on the menu & the order was not received when I called to check on it. The next morning we ordered breakfast in the hotel & I received bacon when I ordered sausage. Not a big deal but this makes it an average hotel.
