Although it's a bit far from the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge, it's not a big problem if you use a 24-hour public transport ticket, haha. There are tram stops and a subway station nearby, and many franchises like KFC and sandwich shops, so you don't have to worry about breakfast even if it's not included! Most importantly, they respond to emails kindly and handle requests and questions quickly. Of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one was the warmest and most comfortable, haha, even more so than expensive hotels!

I'm on a month-long backpacking trip in Europe, starting in Prague and visiting 16 cities across 11 countries. This was the first accommodation for my family. There's a very small elevator, just enough for 4 of us to squeeze in with our bags, one by one. The size and layout seem better than other hotels in a similar price range. There's a kitchen, and while there was an air conditioner, it was quite weak. Even though it was late July, Eastern Europe was chilly in the mornings and evenings, so my youngest had to buy long-sleeved shirts and pants. There's a tram station nearby, making it easy to get to tourist attractions. The self check-in was convenient, and getting the key card was smooth. I also used Trip.com's airport pickup, which made finding the place easy. It was quite cold when we went out to see the Old Town and Charles Bridge at night.

Comfortable, clean, and well-located with good natural light. It comes with a kitchen, perfect for those who love to cook. There are a few minor downsides, but I think the positives far outweigh them! 1. Some cutlery didn't seem very clean (a good wash fixed it, though!). 2. Since I was on the top floor, the bathroom ceiling was slanted, so I had to duck a bit when showering. Oh, and a heads-up! This hotel is fully self-check-in. If you arrive early, I highly recommend the coffee shop next door. You get 20% off on check-in/check-out days and 10% off on other days!

The '#' was missing from the access code, so I couldn't open the door right away. My reservation number was incorrect, and I couldn't check in. It took an hour of inquiry before I could finally complete the check-in process. The language barrier made communication via the intercom difficult. The room was spacious and satisfactory. The shower holder was broken. It was a shame that there was no stopper for the bathtub, so I couldn't take a bath. The breakfast was excellent and very satisfying.
