I have booked your room today. However, when I check in to the room, I feel so disappointed about some things. We see in the photos that there is AC in the living room, but there is just one air conditioner in the bedroom. Then, we saw much dirt and dust in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Also, we requested that we not be assigned the last room, but we were still given that room in the end. And it doesn’t mention that the toilet door cannot be locked from the inside. And we requested that we need a quiet room, but there is so noisy. The most serious thing is about the safety, we always listen some sound of the door being shaken, and the cat’s eye blocked by human intervention. Even the room have many serious problems, but the customer service is still unworkable, and can’t provide the strong solution to solve our problem.

easy to find and near to metro. with self checkin machine and WA contact to support. room size is sufficient with simple kitchen utensils. but the bed is a little too low.

This studio apartment hotel is what you need in Prague. So convenient with tram to everywhere. I had great stay.

The room was clean and well-maintained, although the furnishings were not particularly new. One drawback was that there were several steps during check in, which made it inconvenient when handling large luggage. In addition, our room was located on Level 4, and there was another staircase to access the room area. This may be challenging for guests traveling with heavy suitcases, strollers, or young children. Despite this, the room was spacious and comfortable, and we still enjoyed our stay overall.

The location is very good, it’s 3-5 minutes walk to the tram station. The room that we booked has a kitchen and all the amenities are available. Just make sure to wash the dishes or else they will charge you some cleaning fee. There’s a restaurant next to the hotel and you can enjoy good food with discounted price if you are the hotel guest. The room is very spacious. Overall, we had a pleasant stay over there.

The studio apartment was good & at nice location. But the kitchen was not at all worth it . I cooked Maggie on the induction stove. It took easily more than 1 hr. Which waste my lot of time. When they mention kitchen they need to maintain kitchen stuff should be work properly . Other than kitchen appliances everything is fine. But because of that bad thing my overall rate is 2/5
