The location is very good, it’s 3-5 minutes walk to the tram station. The room that we booked has a kitchen and all the amenities are available. Just make sure to wash the dishes or else they will charge you some cleaning fee. There’s a restaurant next to the hotel and you can enjoy good food with discounted price if you are the hotel guest. The room is very spacious. Overall, we had a pleasant stay over there.

Great location, accessed via the tourist information centre. Helpful and friendly staff, clean communal areas. Apartment was really spacious and had a comfy bed, small kitchen area, table for dining and a small bathroom. Location was great, literally next door to the lift down to L.Pavlova metro station and in walking distance to lots of sites, restaurants, shops etc. Check in and out was simple and we were able to store our cases on site, for a couple of hours, whilst we went out for food before our flight home. Highly recommend.

There's nothing much like the picture. I was given room on the 5th floor. Super noisy from the water heater pump. For 2 nights, i can't sleep at all. Every 10 minutes, the pump jump starts making stupid noise that wakes me up. Almost make me feel so sick this place. They have air-con which the remote is removed, heater that only work when the govt decide to turn it on (according to the reception). I wonder than why i stay other hotels in prague have no such problems?
There is a lift to the room, but you still need to walk about 6-7steps stairway up to your room. So if with lots of lauggage, forget about this place. It's not worth the money. And if you can't stand cool or hot, then this might not be a good place to stay because both air-con and heater don't work.

When arrive to the hotel my room needs to be fixed (I think it was overbooking). They transfer me another hotel, but the room that they provide me was less confortable that I booked ( I booked a suite with city view). The next day I should to check out at 10 am and go back to the originally hotel that I booked, but my room was not ready till 4 pm. I didn’t recibe upgrade or anything.
They should be consideration with the people that is traveling and hosting in them propieties.
Fortunately, Prague is a really beautiful city. I recommend visit this city, but no host in this hotel
