We arrived late at night & the check in & room couldn’t have been nicer. The comfortable room let us reset & recover from a long day of travel. Perfect!

Just OK (given the expense)
We stayed on 9/5 thru 9/8. On 9/7, it rained and the ceiling and walls in our room started leaking. I reported this issue at the front desk as we were heading out for the day and the assured me they would find us another room, which they did. The only problem is the room was a downgrade from what I paid for and no one ever contacted me about making that situation right.

Super getaway
Highly recommend the Whitney. So comfy and quiet luxe. Location is spot on. Mattresses and bedding exceptional. Lovely showers. Staff was fantastic (shout out to the brunette at the front desk during the day she was so great). Beautiful little courtyard. Nice extras like gourmet treats at turndown and snacks on each floor.

From start the finish, the service was incredible and the room was comfortable and plush with amenities. I would definitely recommend the Whitney and will stay again when I return to Boston

Great location / Great hotel
A prime scenic location for meals, parks and local shops. Hotel itself was spacious and beautiful. They also leave snacks like fruit and cookies out to take. Attentive staff - would definitely come back.

Had an amazing time at the Whitney. Front desk service was impeccable, friendly and was ‘just’ the added touch I would expect of a property of this caliber. I really do look forward to my next time in Boston and hope to stay at the Whitney.

The air conditioning was not working properly. I mentioned it to front desk. They said that they have had other problems like this and that they would fix it but they never did. For the cost of staying at this hotel, there should not be any issues with the basics like air con. Also, it was very noisy; inconsiderate guests make lots of noise in the hallways well after midnight.

We loved our stay at Whitney Hotel. It’s very nice, clean, and the staff is super friendly. Hotel is located in a nice area, we walked everywhere right from this hotel. Highly recommended!
