Hyatt Regency Hengqin

I rarely give full marks, but for 800 yuan for Regency Club access, what more could you ask for? Thank goodness for the owner's initial aggressive expansion. Even though the hotel has been open for six or seven years, everything still looks new, and the cleanliness is exceptional. Hyatt's design, as always, is superb; this particular hotel's design is truly outstanding. Both the rooms and public areas have a great vibe. The dining is also quite good, with plenty of variety and well-prepared dishes—definitely up to standard for a five-star hotel. The happy hour is one of the best I've experienced in this category, offering three hot dishes, soup, congee, and a noodle station. The alcoholic drinks are decent. The service is excellent, and I'd like to specially thank Victoria, Emily, and Olivia. They even decorated my room and sent a small cake and fruit platter, although I was too full after happy hour to eat much of it.

My family and I specifically came to Hengqin to visit Chimelong, and after comparing several five-star hotels, we ultimately chose the Hyatt Regency Hengqin. Our overall stay exceeded expectations, and I must give a special shout-out to Nicole at the front desk. On the day of our arrival, the hotel was very busy with many people queuing, but Nicole remained calm and organized throughout, efficiently handling the check-in process and ensuring we didn't have to wait for a long time. Knowing we were there for leisure, she proactively provided a free shuttle bus schedule, clearly differentiating the departure points and times for routes going to Hengqin Port and the Chimelong Resort. She also shared tips on affordable food at Pangdu Plaza and niche photo spots, saving us a lot of time on planning. Her explanation of the Regency Club's afternoon tea and evening happy hour was clear, and her tone was gentle and friendly, without any standardized, perfunctory language. Our room was spacious, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a very peaceful night's sleep. Throughout our stay, whether it was for check-in inquiries or later for luggage storage and borrowing a charger, Nicole responded quickly and handled everything patiently. The warmth of a hotel often shines through the small details of its front desk service, and Nicole's professional and heartwarming hospitality truly doubled our happiness on this trip. Next time my friends and I visit Hengqin, we will definitely choose the Hyatt Regency Hengqin again.

The room was very quiet, perfect for a family vacation. The hotel is conveniently located near Hengqin Port and Chimelong. The pool area is fantastic, with two separate splash pools for kids. The staff were incredibly helpful; we forgot our swim caps and they kindly lent us one – a huge thank you! The restaurant staff were very efficient at clearing tables, and they even offered specialty Zhuhai intangible cultural heritage snacks. It would be even better if the food selection were a bit more diverse.

The hotel's overall service was exceptional. I originally only stayed for two nights, then went to Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel for two nights, and came back to extend my stay here. Honestly, I felt the service was even better than at Hengqin Bay Hotel. When I was checking in, I was really drawn to a staff member's necklace, and they even kindly shared the purchase link with me – they were so incredibly nice! They also found out it was my birthday that day and even sent me a birthday cake, which completely made my stay. A big thank you to Aurora Lin!

The hotel is truly excellent, and the moment I stepped in, I felt that luxurious and grand ambiance. Louis provided exceptional service, helping me arrange a spacious and bright south-facing room with a fantastic view. The room was meticulously decorated, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's service is beyond compare; all the staff are incredibly warm and attentive. A special thank you to Louis, who was always prompt and patient in helping me resolve any issues. The hotel's dining is also outstanding, with a rich and varied selection of dishes. Moreover, the hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here; the experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend everyone to stay here – I'm sure you'll fall in love with this hotel!

Chose the Hyatt Regency Hengqin for my vacation here and was thoroughly impressed! What truly stood out was the service from Nicole at the front desk. She wasn't just going through the motions; her demeanor was relaxed yet incredibly kind. She proactively anticipated my needs, patiently answered all my check-in questions, and meticulously explained all the details about the lounge, shuttle, and breakfast. Every interaction felt like a thoughtful gesture. The hotel room was comfortable and quiet, and the overall ambiance was upscale and relaxing. A significant part of this wonderful stay was due to the hotel's excellent facilities, and the other half was thanks to Nicole's gentle and considerate service. Stayed here with my kids while visiting Zhuhai Chimelong. The location is great, very close to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and the Penguin Hotel. It wasn't too far from Zhuhai Station when we arrived at night, about a 50-something taxi ride. The hotel facilities are good, and the environment meets expectations. The breakfast selection is very rich. Highly recommend!
