Hyatt Regency Hengqin

A particularly comfortable and relaxing trip. The front desk lady was very kind and gave me a room with a bathtub, which was perfect for the bath bomb I brought! 👍 I especially liked the warm jacuzzi in the changing room and the jacuzzi by the outdoor pool. The Executive Lounge's happy hour had a good variety of food, and the freshly cooked noodle station was great. Breakfast also had many choices. It's very convenient that the second floor connects directly to the mall. There's a comfortable rowing park nearby; you can rent a bike downstairs and ride over.

The hotel is very close to Chimelong, making it quite convenient to stay at the Hyatt after visiting. The room facilities are excellent, and there's both an indoor and outdoor pool 🏊. Emily and Louis provided great service, responding quickly to our needs.

This hotel is quite good. It's clean and tidy overall, with a comfortable environment, making it perfect for family trips. They even provided an extra bed for free since they knew we had a child. The service at the Club Lounge (嘉宾轩) was also excellent; when we arrived late, they still helped us get some drinks and snacks. I'll definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

This time, I brought my elderly family members to Hengqin for a vacation. As they have mobility issues, we had to pay extra attention to everything. Upon arriving at the Hyatt Regency Hengqin for check-in, Nicole immediately noticed our situation and prioritized the needs of my elderly relatives. She assisted us with a priority check-in and helped arrange a room closer to the elevator, reducing the need for them to walk long distances. She explained in detail the elder-friendly facilities in the room, such as the call device and bathroom grab bars, and informed us about the hotel's medical room and emergency assistance channels. She patiently explained the suitable light meals for seniors at breakfast and also pointed out the restaurant's accessible routes. Throughout our numerous questions and confirmations, she remained patient and never showed any sign of impatience. The hotel's overall facilities are comprehensive and very friendly to elderly guests. I was initially worried that traveling with elderly family members would be difficult, but Nicole's thoughtful and attentive service relieved a lot of our stress. Many thanks to Nicole, and I highly recommend Hyatt Regency Hengqin for families traveling with elderly loved ones.

This hotel is conveniently located in Hengqin, making it easy to get to Hengqin Port or Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. There's a bar on the rooftop, and the breakfast selection is quite extensive. Right downstairs, you'll find Innovalley, which offers plenty of dining and entertainment options. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The hotel's location is perfect if you're traveling by car. It's new, clean, and comfortable. We chose to stay here for a birthday celebration. The front desk staff provided excellent and very warm service, especially Vivi Tang, who helped us with our check-in. The check-in process was very quick, and she had a fantastic attitude! 👍🏻

Amazing experience! After visiting Chimelong, we spent two days relaxing at the hotel with our child. It was incredibly rejuvenating. The bedding was super comfortable, and we slept soundly both nights. The all-day beverages were a huge plus; we could pop into the cafe for a chat and a drink anytime! A big thank you again to Victoria and Louis for their excellent butler service throughout our stay!

Traveling with family, we booked the Family Connecting Suite, which was incredibly convenient. Victoria and Louis arranged everything beautifully, setting up fences and a child-friendly atmosphere. They even treated us to afternoon tea and dinner at the Regency Club. The room was very clean, and the environment was quiet. The location is perfect for visiting Macau or Chimelong with kids.

Traveling with a child, the hotel was very thoughtful and allowed us early check-in and late check-out. The Western breakfast was superb and the pools were fantastic. Both the indoor and outdoor pools had excellent water quality. During the off-peak season, it felt like we had the entire pool to ourselves! Finally, a big thank you to Ginny and Nicole at the front desk for their attentive service!
