OMO3 Tokyo Akasaka by Hoshino Resorts

The hotel room wasn't very big, a bit cramped, and the ground floor space wasn't large either. However, the room was very new, the location was excellent, and the price was reasonable. Overall, I think it offers good value for money for a business hotel.

The room was incredibly small; thankfully, my suitcase opened from one side. With two suitcases open, it was impossible to move. I stayed for 7 nights, and housekeeping only consisted of changing towels and emptying the trash. One day, I even saw some small bugs, and I'm not sure if they were bed bugs or fleas, but I ended up with several bites on my calves. There were some upsides though: the location was excellent and convenient for transportation. There were plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby, and the Island Cafe downstairs was very affordable. For those who can't live without vegetables, Qibao Malatang is a good option.

The breakfast only offered Western options, which was fine for a day or two, but it got a bit repetitive after that. Also, could the breakfast forks be a bit larger? And could we get a knife? Can the black tea be served without milk?

Great location! Even though the room was small, it had excellent facilities. The breakfast at the cafe downstairs was also delicious, and the coffee smelled wonderful.

Stayed for one night. The bathtub was a nice touch, very relaxing. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Convenient location too.

The front desk staff were incredibly rude. Despite checking in very early, they assigned us the lowest floor, at the end of the hallway, with a broken curtain. When we reasonably requested a room on a higher floor, they refused, citing ongoing renovations as an excuse. They didn't notify us about any renovations beforehand, and their reasons for not changing rooms kept changing – a complete pack of lies. I personally saw higher floor rooms being reserved for European and American tourists who checked in later. They would smile broadly but offer no solutions whatsoever. They refused to refund us even though we didn't use that terrible room at all. We immediately rebooked another hotel and left. The Trip.com customer service was excellent; they tried to mediate for two days, but the hotel staff were unyielding and refused to resolve anything. Be very careful when choosing this hotel. There was no notification about renovations, no explanation for rooms being locked, and their attitude was unyielding, only adhering to their hotel's no-refund policy. They pretended to communicate but offered no solutions – utterly hypocritical.

The service was excellent, and the location was great too. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help with any issues, providing fantastic service. Plus, there are plenty of delicious food options nearby.

Convenient location, clean and tidy, great service, many restaurants nearby, and easy to get around.
