Being able to walk straight into the hotel after a long day of exploring was a huge plus. The area is lively but safe, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and convenience stores nearby. I never felt lost or unsure about getting around. The room was clean and comfortable, with a modern design. Staff were polite and helpful, and communication in English was smooth, which made check-in simple and reassuring. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for first-time travelers to Tokyo who want convenience, comfort, and peace of mind. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Shibuya Stream Hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in earlier, which we really appreciated. The location is very convenient and easy to find, with great access to transport and nearby attractions - Shibuya Sky. The room was clean, modern, and stylish. Overall, a very comfortable stay—highly recommended!

The location is incredibly convenient! You don't even need to go outside; the second floor directly connects to the shopping area and the subway station. Plus, there are plenty of dining options right downstairs from the hotel.

The room is small which is typical Japan 3-4 stars size. Location is perfect for dining and shopping with JR adjacent to it. Breakfast is good too!

The location is very convenient which is right next to the New South gate of Shibuya Station. Staff speaks good English and is friendly to offer assistance. The room is clean and spacious with lots of amenities to be chosen next to the check-in lobby.

Excellent location just 5 mins from the Shibuya JR. I was staying at semi-double room(20m2), but it’s spacious. The hotel provided all amenities and even heat pad at the reception. It was only 5-8。C during my visit so it’s very helpful! They gave me a complementary drink coupon at their lobby Bar during check in.
