Over the course of 2 day stay, we had to switch room 3 times before getting a proper room (the 4th room) without any issues. The issues were ranging from broken toilet flush, strong humid/musty strong room smell, old musty sheets and towels in the room, etc.
The staff at the front desk were helpful, but we left feeling unimpressed by the experience.

This is my second stay at Loman for a business trip. The hotel has friendly staff, lovely food, great service and excellent facilities. I will definitely come back next time.

We had a wonderful stay at the Loman Park Hotel Yogyakarta. Although there was a mistake with the room booking (we did not receive the correct category), what the team and the hotel-manager Pak Yunus did afterwards deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you very much for the excellent service provided by the whole team. We will be back and can highly recommend the Lomann.

Our stay at the Loman Park hotel was wonderful! The staff are incredibly friendly and the facilities are clean and nice. The food at the restaurant and room service was DELICIOUS! The breakfast buffet is phenomenal with lots of variety each day. I used the laundry service as well and it was quick and they followed some special directions I have due to allergies with no issue. The pool is also very clean and refreshing! Would love to stay here again!
