Extremely close to the Wulingyuan East gate (5 Minutes on foot) and to several restaurants, stores and more in the vicinity. Check out is at 12 and not at 14, as suggested at trip.com.

The house has a charming style, it's clean, hygienic, and quiet. The owner and their family are very kind, and their service is thoughtful and attentive. They even provided walking sticks and a massage gun free of charge. Because our stay was so pleasant, my mother and I ended up staying for 4 nights. Highly recommended.

The room is somewhat clean and acceptable. Amenities is adequate. The women, perhaps the owner is very helpful. However this place is functioning more like a guesthouse, but it is up to the standard.

Very good location, close to the entrance to Zhangjiajie National Park. However, the accommodation does not have an elevator. The reception staff were very friendly, although the cleanliness could be improved a little.

Good quality and price. The room was very clean . We stayed two days and they changed the towels and provided two more bottles of water. Staff was also very nice

The hotel's location was easy to find and very close to the East Gate. Parking was tight during Chinese New Year, but luckily we could park on the opposite side of the road. What I liked most was that our room was on the first floor, so no stairs to climb. The host was really nice, helping us book discounted tickets and patiently explaining the hiking routes. We managed to finish the hike in two days, which wasn't too strenuous and offered beautiful scenery.

Amazing hotel! 5 minutes walk to the east gate. Very clean and comfortable. The people at the reception were very patient and ready to help. Big plus: many restaurants in the area. 10/1
