Very clean room, nice views, free access to lounge, fantastic breakfast, complementary herbal tea and addtional breakfast menu as a long stay customer. People are very nice here - thank you and well done!!

The location is very convenient, walking distance to almost everywhere in tenjin, walkable to various malls. Below is shintencho, and there’s a lot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. There’s a lounge at level 18 for hotel guests with complementary light snacks and drinks, with the view of Fukuoka tower. The lounge at level 19 balcony has a good view with drinks subject to a charge. Downside is the quality of the amenities given are not up to my standard. Another thing is the room I book was 26m2, the room area was small with the toilet occupying almost more than half of the room space, so unable to open few luggages freely. I would say this place is very accessible and convenient, but for this price, the quality is lacking. Overall, it was a nice stay but could improve in terms of the amenities given.

Hotel opened in April 2025, almost brand new. Good size room with coffee machine. Great location near to my work venue. It’s also not too far to walk to Nakasu and Ohiri Park. Most importantly this hotel has one of the best shower pressure.

The location is fantastic! I usually dread dragging my luggage to and fro the subway; Gate is actually just 2-3 min walk from Tenjin subway! It’s sheltered and connected to the main malls, such as Daimaru, Tenjin underground mall, Acros, etc. The interesting thing is that the lobby is at the highest floor, Level 19, which you need to access before you can go down to Level 1. Room is quite spacious and there’s ice machine available on every floor (I presume). Staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. The main draw would be the location though - it can’t get any more accessible than this!
