Hyatt Place Changsha Airport

The hotel was excellent! They upgraded me to a lake view room, and Merry was incredibly welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. A really great hotel!

The hotel has a great environment, with a lake nearby. It's close to the airport but still very quiet and peaceful, not noisy at all.

Had a great stay! It's close to the airport and Merry provided excellent, very thoughtful service. The environment is nice, facilities are complete, and it's clean!

The hotel environment is excellent, located directly opposite the airport, and offers airport shuttle service, making it a great choice for a layover. There's a lake right in front of the hotel with geese and ducks, adding a charming touch. In the morning, you can enjoy a bike ride, which is a lovely experience. The rooms are spacious, and the overall stay was good. The soundproofing of the windows is effective; I couldn't hear any airplane noise, but the air conditioning was quite loud.

Had a very satisfying stay. It's a great hotel near the airport and I've stayed here a few times. The airport pick-up service is very convenient. Ms. Merry was warm and welcoming, and provided excellent service.

Months have passed and I still have a deep impression. The photos weren't even staged; I genuinely love this place. It's rare for an airport hotel to be this exceptional. The gym is solid, the breakfast quality is high, and the room is both brand new and spacious. It even elevated my overall impression of Changsha.

This hotel is perfect for early morning flights, as they have a shuttle to the terminal every half hour. The room layout is a bit odd, with a lot of empty space in the middle. You also get a fast-track security pass when you check in.

It was pretty good, the environment and everything else were nice. The room was clean, and it's very close to the airport, so the value for money is decent. They also offer a shuttle service which was excellent, and the front desk staff were great. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for one night to catch an early flight the next day, and it completely exceeded my expectations. KK, the front desk manager, provided excellent service, making my check-in very smooth. It's truly great value for money.
