"Our family trip to Changsha led us to choose the Crowne Plaza Changsha Sijing Square, and it turned out to be an incredibly comfortable and relaxing stay, far exceeding our expectations. It was a perfect family accommodation experience. The hotel boasts a convenient location, surrounded by malls, supermarkets, and a wide array of dining options, all within walking distance. This 'one-stop shop' for food, drinks, and entertainment was exceptionally convenient for traveling with seniors and children. The lobby on the sixth floor is grand yet inviting, and the staff were warm and friendly. Every employee we encountered greeted us proactively. The front desk staff were patient and meticulous during check-in, even thoughtfully preparing a small gift for our child and arranging welcome toiletries. These little details made us feel incredibly warm and appreciated. The guest rooms are spacious with excellent natural light, clean, and free of any odors. The layout, with its wet and dry separation, is ideal for families. The bedding was comfortable and soft, and the nights were exceptionally quiet, ensuring both our elders and children slept soundly. The bathroom and shower are also wet/dry separated, impeccably clean, and fully stocked with amenities. The large bathtub was a particular hit with our child, providing a super therapeutic soak in the evenings. Room facilities are smart and convenient, with electric curtains and screen-casting TVs enhancing the overall comfort. There's ample storage space, allowing us to keep our luggage organized without feeling cluttered. The Hunan rice noodles at the mall's restaurants offered authentic local flavors, with different options daily, keeping both our child happy and our elders full of praise. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive. The indoor heated pool is clean and clear, and our child wanted to swim every day. The gym is well-equipped, allowing adults to work out anytime. The public areas are adorned with greenery, creating an elegant environment perfect for a leisurely stroll. Getting around from the hotel is easy. The subway provides direct access to city attractions, and taxis are readily available, making it simple to explore Changsha. What truly impressed us was the warmth of the service. Any request was met with a quick response, and staff proactively helped solve problems, truly making us feel at home. The hotel's hygiene management is strict, with every corner spotless and high safety standards, giving us complete peace of mind when staying with family. For a family outing or vacation, this hotel offers exceptional value for money. It's new, the service is excellent, and the environment is superb, perfectly balancing comfort and convenience. This stay created wonderful memories, and our whole family was extremely satisfied. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Changsha – we wholeheartedly recommend it!"

Songya Lake is just downstairs, perfect for a leisurely walk with beautiful and very comfortable scenery. I really enjoyed it. The breakfast at the hotel's front desk was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, which I loved. I highly recommend staying here. There's also a Chuan Xiaobai BBQ downstairs which was incredibly tasty – I really liked it!"

"The service is fine, if you don't mind not having air conditioning in the summer and a terrible shower. 1. The AC was so hot that my pajamas were soaked, and both my child and I woke up sweating. It was even hotter than outside! An engineer did come to fix it around midnight, but we still woke up hot. 2. The water heater was so scalding hot I couldn't wash my hair, and after showering, I felt even hotter. Don't ask why I didn't adjust the temperature, I couldn't. 3. I looked it up, and people were already complaining about this issue back in 2023."

"On the 30th, I decided to go to Yintian Lake on May 1st. I urgently found a homestay. I found that there was a room in this house. The price was too cheap. There was no price increase during May 1st. It was only in the early 100s. I didn’t expect the room at all. I felt that I would deal with it for one night. I found that it was really a surprise. The yard was oversized. There are lawns, swings and lounge chairs. It is a self-built house. The place is large and the room space is not large, but the planning is good. The view from the room is also very good. I asked the boss and said that it was newly opened this year. Every detail of the room can see the boss's intentions. Toothpaste shower gel shampoo these are brand bottles, not other hotels that are filled by themselves, bath towels are super soft, windows are very soundproof, I am super satisfied with living here, I rarely write reviews specially, this is the most satisfying ˙ᗜ˙ I have lived this year. Highly recommended! ๓ ˘ `๓)"

"I am very satisfied with this hotel experience. First of all, although its location is a bit remote, the transportation is convenient. Whether it is a self-driving high-speed rail or subway, it is not too far to get to the hotel. It is also very convenient to travel. The surrounding restaurants and snack streets are very rich, and there are also several nearby shopping malls. Zhongmao City Tongcheng Plaza is within walking distance of everything. It is only a few hundred meters to 2 kilometers away, which is convenient for me to experience local life. The surrounding areas like Songya Lake Window of the World are only 4.6 to 2.5 kilometers away. Secondly, the hygienic condition of the hotel is excellent, and the clean and tidy environment made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Inside and out, be it linens, towels or common areas, everything is kept in perfect order. The facilities provided by the hotel are also comprehensive, especially the spacious and bright restaurant, fully equipped laundry room and gym, which are all praiseworthy. Finally, I have to give thumbs up to their service. The management and staff were all very friendly and I was impressed by their thoughtfulness and enthusiasm. Recommend this hotel, if I have the opportunity to visit this city again, I will definitely choose this place for my short break again"
