It was World Cup season ⚽️, and the restaurant even set up a large TV screen for diners to watch, which was a nice touch! 👍 The front desk staff were diligent, meticulous, and thoughtful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changsha. Highly recommend!"

Breakfast, however, was very mediocre, especially considering the 500+ yuan price; it was basically all carbs. The laundry room was a bit disappointing. After over an hour of washing and drying, plus another three hours of just drying, our clothes still weren't dry. There were no laundry bags provided, and no laundry service available."

"The front desk upgraded our room for free when they saw I was with a baby. The room was very clean, and there was a welcome fruit platter upon arrival. A little while later, they even brought two yogurts specifically for the kids. In the morning, before our flight, the front desk helped us with our luggage, and the airport transfer driver was also very enthusiastic. He waited an extra five minutes without any impatience since my baby eats slowly. On the way, when I mentioned I was tired, he immediately turned on the backseat massage function and even gave us a souvenir. It was a very satisfying stay."

"I stayed in Room 2109 from June 13th to 14th, 2025, and my experience was an absolute nightmare. I chose this hotel because it's an international chain, but upon entering the room, starving, I realized I couldn't order takeout and there were no snack shops nearby, so I had to settle for instant noodles. When my phone slipped into the sofa crevice and I reached for it, I was horrified to find a used condom! There was also noticeable hair on the floor. Faced with this, I called the hotel operator, and a duty manager came up, quickly dealt with the foreign object, and then left in a hurry. Later, Ms. Hu, the Executive Housekeeper, came and offered various ways to 'settle' this privately to cover up the facts. Honestly, all I wanted was for the hotel to take this matter seriously and be truthful, and at the very least, ensure the room hygiene was up to standard so guests could stay with peace of mind."

The front desk staff are attentive and greet you warmly and politely. The French-style room I stayed in was exquisitely decorated, with high-end facilities, clean and comfortable, and was very cost-effective among similar hotels. The hotel has good value for money and convenient transportation. It is very close to Songya Lake. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi. I like the style of the room very much. The large floor-to-ceiling windows have a good view. I will try other special styles next time. The hotel has a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient. ."

"I have always chosen the Dongcheng brand, and the new Yishang store is very good. The most touching thing is the smile of Yishang welcoming you and the beautiful lady when you walk into the hotel! The fireplace in the hotel lobby is very interesting and realistic! The room is fully intelligent and Xiaodu is very easy to use. You can open and close the curtains, music and TV with a call! I checked in at night. After entering the room, around 9 o'clock, the lady at the front desk brought me snacks and white fungus soup, which was very considerate♥️! The overall experience of the room is very good, the bedding is clean and comfortable and does not feel damp. What’s more, I had a good night’s sleep with the eye mask and earplugs prepared by the lady at the front desk. Before leaving the store, I had a bowl of beef noodle soup that the lady recommended. The store manager introduced the broth made from big bones, which is fresh every day. The pre-ordered beef stamp has authentic Changsha taste, and it tastes really good👍! I will continue to support the Yishang brand and will stay again if I have the opportunity to come to Changsha. I hope I will have the same satisfactory experience as always"
