The hotel's facilities are good value for money, especially the design of the bathroom is quite special. The two and a half hours delay during check-out was very friendly. From the window, you can see the river and the green park in the distance. Only the design of the room lighting needs to be adjusted. The reading lights are too bright, and the downlights and window lights are connected together to make it difficult to use."

The bedsheets had holes in them."

"I have always chosen the Dongcheng brand, and the new Yishang store is very good. The most touching thing is the smile of Yishang welcoming you and the beautiful lady when you walk into the hotel! The fireplace in the hotel lobby is very interesting and realistic! The room is fully intelligent and Xiaodu is very easy to use. You can open and close the curtains, music and TV with a call! I checked in at night. After entering the room, around 9 o'clock, the lady at the front desk brought me snacks and white fungus soup, which was very considerate♥️! The overall experience of the room is very good, the bedding is clean and comfortable and does not feel damp. What’s more, I had a good night’s sleep with the eye mask and earplugs prepared by the lady at the front desk. Before leaving the store, I had a bowl of beef noodle soup that the lady recommended. The store manager introduced the broth made from big bones, which is fresh every day. The pre-ordered beef stamp has authentic Changsha taste, and it tastes really good👍! I will continue to support the Yishang brand and will stay again if I have the opportunity to come to Changsha. I hope I will have the same satisfactory experience as always"

"Facilities: Overall, no major issues, pretty standard, everything you'd expect was there. However, problems like loose power outlets in the room, no delivery robots so you have to pick up takeout downstairs, and light leakage from the blackout curtains were quite prominent. Cleanliness: The mouthwash cups, Collins glasses, and the inside of the kettle had significant fluff residue. The kettle and table also had uncleaned liquid stains. The full-length mirror had large stains. Environment: There aren't many supermarkets or restaurants nearby. It's very close to the train station and they offer shuttle service. The pool is clean but only opens at 12 PM, so if you're an early morning swimmer, you should check the times beforehand. Overall, it's suitable for a brief stopover if you're catching a high-speed train. The linens and amenities are definitely commendable, and the room layout is quite spacious. The service was also good."

We were afraid of the inconvenience of parking in the central city, so we parked the car at the hotel and took the subway to Orange Island. It was very convenient! 2. There is a washing machine in the room, which is very clean and hygienic; there is a clothesline next to the washing machine, which is very convenient! 3. Complete facilities, smart projection, watching the Olympics and watching movies is great! There is a refrigerator for storing cold fruit drinks! There are disposable towels and disposable toilet seats, which are very hygienic! 4. The service is attentive, the sister at the front desk is very enthusiastic, the check-in and parking are very efficient, and the online reply is very timely!"
