The Westin Osaka

Extremely satisfied! The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to Osaka Station, and there's a 7-Eleven downstairs, making travel very convenient. It's also right next to the Umeda Sky Building. The room was spacious and clean, and I slept very comfortably. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, with plenty of Japanese and Western options, and the food was delicious. The staff were polite and attentive. It's a quiet oasis in a bustling area. I love this hotel and highly recommend it!

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the iconic Umeda Sky Building, just a few minutes' walk across from the Umeda shopping district, making it very easy to find. The room was quite spacious, and some of the facilities have been renovated.

Clean, quiet, great location, and attentive service. The room felt brand new every day. They provided a complimentary extra bed, and our family of three truly appreciates the hotel's warm and exceptional service.

It's quite a distance from the Umeda shopping district. Walking there feels like a real trek. Better to take a taxi. There's a subway station nearby, but it's still quite a walk, not very convenient. Even just going out for a meal felt like a long walk.

Highly recommended hotel! It's very convenient to get to the city center, and there's even a shuttle bus service. There's a small garden behind the hotel, and just beyond that is the Umeda Sky Building, offering beautiful night views.

The hotel is a bit old, but it's fully equipped and located right across from Tokyo Station, next to the Sky Building. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is very convenient. My feet were sore and blistered from all the walking, so I called for help, and they immediately sent up antiseptic solution and cotton pads.

Convenient location with easy access to transportation, clean and tidy, with a comfortable environment.

Pretty good. The environment is nice.
