The air conditioning in our room was leaking, and the room was very hot. The temperature stayed around 23°C and the room never felt cool enough. The next day, we were moved to another room, but unfortunately the problem was still not resolved. The temperature in the new room stayed around 21°C, and we were still uncomfortable. On top of that, the room is quite small, and the tissues were not replenished. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. We expected a much better standard from the hotel. We would appreciate it if you could look into this matter seriously and provide an appropriate solution or compensation. The cleanliness was acceptable, We were also charged for two beds even though there were only two guests. Overall, the room conditions and air conditioning were not satisfactory.

The location is very convenient, right by the subway exit, and there's a FamilyMart nearby. They offer a free, simple hot dog breakfast. The front desk staff speak English and are proactive in helping with check-in. Overall, it was a great experience, perfect for solo travelers. A 20-inch suitcase can be opened comfortably, but anything larger might feel a bit cramped. I noticed the price seemed to get cheaper the closer it was to the check-in date, so I rebooked a few times. Overall, I recommend it.

This was our first trip to Japan, and after much research, we chose the Prince Smart Inn Osaka Yodoyabashi. I booked a Smart Twin Room. Although the room wasn't huge, it had everything we needed. We could fully open our 26-inch suitcase, and the shower and air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is super convenient, very close to Yodoyabashi Station, making it easy to get around to all the attractions. There's also a large supermarket and a FamilyMart nearby. The only downside was that the curtains weren't very blackout and let in too much light. Other than that, everything was great! I'd definitely book this hotel again when I visit Osaka in the future. So happy!

The hotel's surroundings are very quiet, and transportation is super convenient. There's also a convenience store downstairs. The room is a bit small but well-equipped, and it even has a bathtub. If you're visiting Osaka, this is a great choice.

The first two nights, there weren't many large rooms available, so I thought I'd just make do. I didn't expect the room to be truly tiny; my 26-inch suitcase barely fit. For the remaining four nights, I had a super spacious room with a separate wet and dry area.

The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Exit 12 of Yodoyabashi Station. It's only one subway stop away from both Shinsaibashi and Umeda. The surrounding area is very quiet, filled with office buildings. Downstairs, there are plenty of convenience stores and supermarkets, and many small, delicious restaurants. They offer free hotdog breakfast. The bedding is clean, the toilet works great, and the shower is separate from the toilet. The only downsides are the lack of a full-length mirror and the curtains don't block out light very well.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was quite spacious for Osaka standards. The subway station is right downstairs, making it super convenient to get to Shinsaibashi (just 2 stops) and Umeda (1 stop). Plus, there's a Komeda's Coffee right below the hotel, which is great for breakfast. The hotel also provides a free breakfast, and during our stay, they had hotdogs, coffee, black tea, green tea, and even pumpkin soup. The only downside is that they don't change the bedsheets daily, even if you put up the 'please clean' sign.

It's not as good as what's hyped on Xiaohongshu; there are a lot of Chinese guests. Pros: The location in Yodoyabashi is excellent. It's very quiet at night, right next to a subway station and a convenience store. There's a decent sandwich shop downstairs. The front desk staff were helpful with the self-check-in process. Cons: They don't clean the room daily, and you have to specifically hang a sign outside before morning for it to be cleaned. There's only one two-prong outlet in the room, and it's on the opposite desk. Another one seems to be in the bathroom. Surprisingly, there are no charging ports by the bed, only a USB port.

The hotel's location is great, but the room was too dark. There was no light in the entryway, and the entire room only had two lamps. Everything else was fine, and it's super close to the subway station.
