Boston Marriott Copley Place

The hotel has a coffee machine and a self-service ice maker. You can enjoy distant sea views. There's a shopping mall on the second floor, offering one-stop shopping. Downstairs, you can find Duck Boats to tour the entire Boston city center.

Right in the heart of Back Bay, super convenient for getting anywhere. There's a huge Star Market supermarket next door, so you can grab any food, drinks, or daily essentials in about 3 minutes. This Marriott is just an average Marriott – nothing special, nothing bad, so don't expect too much. No mini-bar though.

The room is good and the location is excellent. It's right below Copley Center, so you don't even have to go outside when it's raining or snowing. You can just shop in the mall downstairs, which has plenty of food options and lots of Boston milk tea too, hehe.

My stay at the Boston Copley Place Marriott in a River View King Room was a terrible experience. I arrived late at night and, after checking in, was assigned a room right next to the elevator. Throughout the night, the elevator frequently started and stopped, creating a constant and noticeable buzzing vibration and operational noise. The soundproofing was extremely poor, and the incessant noise made it impossible to get any restful sleep, severely impacting my rest quality. The front desk clearly thought I was an easy target, putting me in such a subpar room despite the price I paid. The room assignment was completely unreasonable and showed no consideration for guest comfort. My overall stay was unpleasant, and this experience was just as disappointing as my last one. I advise friends to always request a room far away from the hotel elevators, or else the staff will take advantage of you.

The room was very clean and new, conveniently located in the city center with a parking lot right downstairs.
