Having paid over €200 for a one-night stay, I expected a much higher standard of service. My experience in the bar was particularly disappointing. I asked for two cañas, only to be told they weren’t available and that bottles could be offered instead. When I asked what options were available, I was initially ignored and then asked to pay €7.60 before I had even selected a drink. After questioning this, I was told they usually only serve one type of beer, but that there were in fact other choices. A menu was eventually provided, but the interaction felt disorganised and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the atmosphere did not improve. While trying to relax with my drink, three members of staff began a loud and prolonged argument directly in front of me, which continued for around 25 minutes. I eventually felt compelled to point out that this was inappropriate in front of guests. Although an apology was offered, the argument continued regardless. From that point on, the experience only went further downhill — remarkably, it seemed to get worse at every turn. Without going into every detail and boring readers, I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. In my view, it operates more like a poorly managed hostel than a hotel, and I would not stay here again under any circumstances
