InterContinental Zhuhai

This time, I brought my child to Zhuhai Chimelong, and specifically booked a two-night stay at the InterContinental Zhuhai. When checking in at IHG, we were greeted by Irene from the hotel, who enthusiastically introduced all the hotel's amenities. She even arranged breakfast for my child and complimentary fruit delivered daily, checking in on us every day. A special thank you to Irene for her exceptional service. Since becoming a member at the InterContinental Hong Kong in 2008, I can confidently say that the service at InterContinental Zhuhai has surpassed that of most other InterContinentals in China. The hotel breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the location is convenient, being close to Gongbei Port. InterContinental Zhuhai will definitely be my first choice for future visits to Zhuhai.

Aside from a slight odor in the room and the lack of a smart bidet in the bathroom, everything else was quite good. The hotel staff's quality and service were excellent! Breakfast was also fantastic! Both the Chinese and Western options were great! The croissants were particularly delicious! The noodle soup was also tasty! Much better than the croissants at the tallest hotel in Zhuhai right now! Overall, it was still very good!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Gongbei Port. The beach is right downstairs, and Macau is directly across the water. There are all sorts of dining and entertainment options nearby. The service was exceptional; Irene, my contact person, was always available and incredibly responsive to all my requests. Her thoughtful service really touched me. I'll definitely stay here again! 💐

Facilities: The hotel has everything you need, well-maintained and relatively new. The room had a slight stuffy, damp smell, but it cleared up significantly after ventilating for a while. The elevators are high-speed, making it quick and convenient to go up and down. Hygiene: There was hardly any dust or dirt, except for a hair found on the bed that didn't match anyone's. Environment: The hotel is built along the coast, offering distant views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. There's a leisurely promenade directly across the road where you can stroll and enjoy the sea, which is very relaxing. Service: Check-in and check-out were very efficient. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the executive lounge staff were also very attentive, meeting the hotel's star rating standards. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, with dishes refilled promptly. There's a wider variety of Chinese dishes and fewer Western pastries, and the Chinese options taste better, which suited our Cantonese palates perfectly. The hotel is close to Xianglu Bay, Jiuzhou Port, and Gongbei Port, making it convenient to get anywhere. I would consider staying here again on my next trip to Zhuhai.

This is our go-to hotel every time we visit Zhuhai, none compares! We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the hotel thoughtfully decorated our room and even provided a small cake – a huge thank you! 😊 **Facilities:** All excellent. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. The cleaning staff were also very efficient and thoughtful. **Environment:** Quiet, comfortable, and the location is superb. It’s convenient to get anywhere, and you can even watch the sunrise and sunset from your room, which was a fantastic feeling. **Service:** All the staff were smiling and provided enthusiastic service. **Breakfast:** Good variety. I recommend the wonton noodles and the seafood congee, and the coffee too!

The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to Gongbei Port and Zhuhai Station, right next to Lover's Road, where you can see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. Irene called early to ask about my needs, and the service was absolutely excellent. Highly recommend!
