Facilities: The hotel has everything you need, well-maintained and relatively new. The room had a slight stuffy, damp smell, but it cleared up significantly after ventilating for a while. The elevators are high-speed, making it quick and convenient to go up and down.
Hygiene: There was hardly any dust or dirt, except for a hair found on the bed that didn't match anyone's.
Environment: The hotel is built along the coast, offering distant views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. There's a leisurely promenade directly across the road where you can stroll and enjoy the sea, which is very relaxing.
Service: Check-in and check-out were very efficient. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the executive lounge staff were also very attentive, meeting the hotel's star rating standards.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, with dishes refilled promptly. There's a wider variety of Chinese dishes and fewer Western pastries, and the Chinese options taste better, which suited our Cantonese palates perfectly. The hotel is close to Xianglu Bay, Jiuzhou Port, and Gongbei Port, making it convenient to get anywhere. I would consider staying here again on my next trip to Zhuhai.
