InterContinental Zhuhai

The room was really quiet, and felt super clean as soon as I walked in. The bathroom area was also spotless. The staff were friendly and attentive to details. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations 🌅✨✨

My business stay at the InterContinental Zhuhai was excellent. Its proximity to Gongbei Port made getting around for work incredibly efficient. The room was clean and hygienic, and the bathroom's partitioned design was very user-friendly. Breakfast quality was consistently good. Sian provided great service, even calling me two days before check-in to arrange my room.

The Executive Seaview Room offered a fantastic panoramic view of the bridge through its floor-to-ceiling windows, and the room itself was clean and elegant. Sian provided incredibly attentive and thoughtful service, proactively anticipating our needs, greeting us, and delivering special member refreshments. The afternoon tea and evening happy hour offerings were exquisite and varied. Overall, the service was professional yet warm. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhuhai.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways! Manager Vivian was incredibly thoughtful, specifically upgrading our room to a sea-view, where we could see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The butler-style service throughout our stay was fantastic. The hotel's overall hygiene was excellent, and we also enjoyed our meals on the fourth floor. Breakfast was very rich and varied. Next time I'm in Zhuhai, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

For an InterContinental at this price point, it's quite competitive, especially given its excellent location. The room size and amenities align well with InterContinental's luxury business positioning. The restaurant's food quality, however, needs improvement. The service was very good; we added a 30-day aged steak to our set meal for two, and they even provided bread for five people. The by-the-glass wine was also of good quality. There were two downsides though: first, the self-selected knife wasn't sharp enough. Second, the hot stone served with the steak was cold, which completely failed to render the beef fat – a medium-rare steak should still have a hot sear on the outside. These two points are worse than the InterContinental Beijing Sanlitun, and since the prices are likely similar, I believe the food quality should be on par. Lastly, the pool lighting is poorly done; the jacuzzi area is too dark, while the main pool is overly lit by spotlights, making the loungers in the resting area both dark and glaring. The overall pool area feels like a vast, empty space, lacking a sense of luxury.

This was my first stay at an IHG property, specifically the InterContinental Zhuhai, as I usually opt for Marriott hotels. However, my experience with IHG this time was genuinely impressive. The executive lounge, unlike Marriott's, wasn't a crowded marketplace, which made for a truly comfortable experience. I also really loved the wooden room key. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

Five-star review for the InterContinental Zhuhai! The hotel boasts direct views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and incredible first-line sea views. The infinity pool is huge, spacious, and bright, making it perfect for swimming and taking photos. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable – truly matching the InterContinental luxury brand standard. It's also super convenient for crossing the border at Gongbei Port, just a 10-minute journey. What truly stood out during this stay was the consistently excellent service from all staff. I especially want to commend Miya: she has an outstanding demeanor, is gentle and polite, and her service is meticulous, proactive, and perfectly balanced. Communicating with her was a pleasure, and she efficiently helped me with all my check-in needs throughout my stay. Her professionalism was top-notch and added so much warmth to my trip. From the lobby reception and room maintenance to the public area facilities, you can see the hotel's refined management everywhere. This was a truly hassle-free and comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhuhai, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Gongbei Port, just a few minutes' walk downstairs. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is well-equipped. The housekeeper, Irene, was warm and attentive, patiently answering all our questions. I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I come to Zhuhai.
