Bay Villas Koh Phangan

Great place and villa. The location is great, between Chaloklum and Srithanu. The view from the villa is simply stunning! One of the best we've seen. It's impossible to get used to this view. Watching the sunset is a pleasure. The villa itself is very well thought out down to the last detail. Everything is in place. I definitely recommend it! While you're hesitating, someone else will take it! We only regretted one thing: we booked too few nights, and when we wanted to extend, it was too late – everything was taken. But no matter, next time we'll book the entire stay. The breakfasts are very decent, everything you need is there, at 5-star level.

The driver dumped the passenger halfway, forcibly unloaded the luggage, took the wrong route, and didn't even apologize...the service was a mess

We stayed in two villas for 4 days. The promised bottled water was not delivered. We cleaned it every three days. There were no towels for bathing in two nights of the four days. We asked the hotel to deliver them, but the hotel did not deliver them until the third day. The front desk is at the foot of the mountain, down the mountain. It can only be picked up and dropped off by a limited number of battery cars. There is no phone to communicate with the front desk. It is mainly through the App software. The transportation is also extremely inconvenient. There are no places to eat around and it is far from the sea. The service is quite average, basically no service. There is no cleaning at all!
