This hotel was my favorite booking for my Tokyo trip, and it's definitely my top choice for future stays. First off, the front desk lady who checked me in spoke fluent English, was incredibly friendly, and had a radiant smile. Arriving in the sweltering heat, her warm welcome really brightened my spirits. Then there's the lobby where you check in; the huge glass windows offer a direct, stunning view of the Skytree. It's truly a sight to behold! Even though it's on the 13th floor and you need to take an elevator, that actually enhances the 'wow' factor and makes it feel even more impressive than expected. I initially thought it would be a small hotel, given its prime location in a bustling area.
Now, about our room – it was spacious, spotless, very tidy, and quiet. The curtains were a double-layered blackout type, which is fantastic because some hotels have curtains that don't close properly, letting light in too early. As someone who loves to sleep in, that's a huge plus.
Finally, the Chinese restaurant: we enjoyed Chinese dishes there, and they were excellent, as was the service. Plus, on the 4th floor, there's an open-air terrace with a direct view of the Skytree, perfect for photos, which added a lot of fun to our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
And let's talk about the location: it's super close to Senso-ji Temple – just go downstairs and cross the street. No need to rush around. If you want to eat anything, you can just pop downstairs anytime. There's also a large supermarket with a huge variety of products right downstairs. So, honestly, this hotel is unbeatable; I can't find any flaws with it.
Special thanks to H.KAI and Y.TOMIZAKI at the front desk. Their service was outstanding.
