Happy to stay at this hotel and would recommend it for families. However, we were a bit disappointed because the bathtub was out of order. It was broken, and even though we'd complained about it earlier, it still couldn't be used. Otherwise, the cleanliness and the hotel itself were good. The food was also fine.

Lovely stay. Our room was upgraded so that was awesome. Location wise it was quite central. Food was a bit of a miss so best to just venture out. Hotel is beautiful very french like atmosphere.

What can I say? Services were top notch, facilities were great, room interiors and design were photographed-worthy. Additionally, breakfast was also amazing. All-in-all, one of my fav places and definitely will revisit again when staying in Jogjakarta.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. However, the breakfast was terrible, and the selection was poor. Also, the restaurant adds an extra 30% tax. While the large glass windows offered a beautiful view of the volcano, they weren't soundproof. The noise from the many motorcycles on the main road below was the biggest problem.
