Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka-Namba

Fantastic 9-night stay! Perfect location, super clean, and amazing amenities. I stayed here for 9 nights (August 20–29) and had a flawless experience. 5 stars all around! Location: Absolutely bombastic! It is incredibly close to Dotonbori and right next to Nippombashi Station, making dining, shopping, and traveling around Osaka extremely convenient. Room & Cleanliness: The hotel is exceptionally clean. The room comes well-equipped with high-quality shampoo and a good hair dryer. Amazing Amenities: I loved the amenity bar where you can pick up extra coffee, green tea, shaving kits, and even skincare products. On the 2nd floor, there is a super convenient ice machine and 3 washing machines (600 yen per load), which was perfect for a longer stay. Service: The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka and will definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for 7 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location was excellent and very convenient. I took the airport limousine bus to Doton Plaza, and the hotel was less than a 5-minute walk away. Check-in was quick and easy. I also appreciated the complimentary amenities and pajamas available at the lobby. The room was small, but just right for a solo traveller. I was initially a little worried after booking because the hotel mentioned that it was undergoing renovation. However, I was pleasantly surprised that my room was very quiet. Even during the daytime, when I was in the room, I could hardly hear any renovation noise. I had also read some reviews mentioning that the air conditioning was not cold enough, but I had no such issue during my stay. My room was comfortably cool, bed, pillows very comfortable and the shower had strong water pressure, which I really enjoyed. TV has Netflix, YouTube etc. Washing machine and dryer on the 2nd level. The staff were all very polite, friendly, and helpful. I especially appreciated how they greeted guests whenever they walked through the lobby. It was a small gesture, but it made the hotel feel very welcoming. Overall, I had a wonderful 7-night stay and would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The location is fantastic! Right across from Dotonbori Street, close to the Glico Sign, top tourist attractions, and Kuromon Market. The room was clean and very comfortable to sleep in. Highly recommended if you are staying in Namba!

They are strict with check in hours. But we had a great time staying here since it was near Dotonbori. Recommended for senior and kid friendly.

I had a great stay at Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka-Namba! Check-in and check-out were both fast and smooth. The hotel is very close to Dotonbori, which was super convenient. The amenities were generous, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I had a really good and restful stay—thank you!

Enjoyed the stay! Front desk staff were helpful and forthcoming in showing me how to check in and all. Nipponbashi, Shinshaibashi, Namba and yes, the Dotonburi is all around 5-10 minutes away! Wonderful location to say the least! Would recommend to just anyone!

Bedding is soft and comfortable. They also provide very good quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
