Raffles Boston

I specifically chose the Raffles Hotel in Boston because it's a new hotel and I wanted to experience the Grand Hotel firsthand. However, the facilities still had many issues. The curtains in my room on the first day were broken and the electric curtains weren't working. The best part was the swimming pool, which was very beautiful, and the sauna was also nice and quiet.

The room was quite spacious. I stayed there last year, and this was my second time choosing this restaurant. The quality seemed to have declined somewhat. The towels were of average quality, some were old, and weren't replaced. The restaurant service was somewhat indifferent, though a few staff members were okay. There was a table near the edge of the restaurant with a lamp on top; when I stood up, I bumped my head on it, which hurt quite a bit. The staff seemed unfazed, as if this wasn't the first time they'd encountered this situation; they just looked at it without offering any concern. Room cleaning and room service were decent. I probably wouldn't choose this restaurant again.

Excellent location and rooms

The hotel has a good location, first-class environment and high grade!

The location in the city center is perfect for shopping, eating and checking in. The cleaning staff is a lady from Shenzhen who is very friendly! Ctrip is awesome!

It smells like decoration and is not suitable for sensitive people. I have stayed for two nights and I feel really uncomfortable. I want to change hotels, but I have to deduct one more night's room charge. This is the first time this has happened. If you are so overbearing, you can just get rid of it in the future.

服務特別好，很滿意的出行，來酒店慶祝紀念日儀式感拉滿！4樓常温泳池和jacuzzi都很不錯，隔壁還有sauna和steam room可以使用。以後有機會還會再選擇入住這裏！晚上去17樓的餐廳amar吃了頓漂亮飯，服務也特別好👍
